dc.description.abstractRealizar un estado del arte es fundamental para poder apropiarse del conocimiento del tema de investigación y así servir como punto de partida para establecer un nuevo recorrido que busca dar respuestas novedosas e inéditas, generando posibilidades de un futuro amplio en el escenario investigativo. En ese sentido, se propuso como objetivo de este trabajo de grado construir un estado del arte de los modelos de optimización en logística aeroportuaria, partiendo de un estudio de fuentes secundarias y terciarias, donde se identifican los principales modelos de la temática, para finalmente obtener un análisis detallado de la evolución, tratamiento actual y tendencias del tema, con el fin de identificar oportunidades de investigación. Para lograr lo anterior, se realizó una revisión de la literatura, que consistía en una búsqueda exhaustiva de información acerca del tema en diversas fuentes y textos relacionados a nivel mundial, complementándose con una revisión bibliográfica que permitió identificar la información relevante para el desarrollo de la investigación. En los resultados obtenidos, se observa que los modelos de optimización empleados en: programación de vuelos,gestión de tráfico aéreo, equipaje, programación de tripulación y pasajeros, entre otros;muestran cómo se han solucionado los problemas que se presentan en el funcionamiento de un aeropuertomediante la aplicación de diferentes experiencias computacionales que son los suficientemente eficaces para resolver problemas de tamaño real y con la flexibilidad necesaria para adaptarse a las múltiples necesidades, generando resultados más satisfactorios tanto para los clientes como para la organización.
dc.description.abstractenglishA state of the art is essential to acquire the knowledge of the research topic and serve as a starting point to stablish a new route pursuing unprecedented and innovative answers. Thus, generate possibilities for a potential investigative stage future. Therefore, the aim of this thesis project is the development of a state of the art of optimization models for airport logistics, based on the study of secondary and tertiary sources.The main models of the subject are identified to finally obtain a detailed analysis of achievements, current treatment and trends of the subject with the purpose of recognizing research opportunities. In order to accomplish this goal, a review of the literature was performed. This consisted of an extensive search for information on the subject in different sources and related texts globally. The above was complemented with a bibliographic review that allowed the identification of relevant information for the development of the investigation. Finally, this project results clearly show that optimization modelsused in: flight scheduling, air traffic flow management, baggage, passengers and crew scheduling, among others;explains how problems encountered in the operation of an airport are solved, by applying different computational experiences that are effective enough to overcomeobstacles of real size and the required flexibility to adapt to several needs, producing more satisfactory results for both customers and the
