| dc.description.abstract | Dada la complejidad social en la que vivimos en Colombia, donde fenómenos como la delincuencia, el narcotráfico, el secuestro, la vulneración de derechos, la corrupción, la pobreza, por citar algunos, forman parte del día a día de muchas personas en el contexto nacional, se hace necesario que los niños, niñas y adolescentes quienes son en primera medida afectados directa o indirectamente por esta situación, emprendan un proceso de participación ciudadana, para que sean escuchados y tenidos en cuenta por los gobernantes de sus comunidades y de esta forma se incluya el tema de infancia en los planes de gobierno para que se protejan y promuevan sus derechos. El trabajo de grado sobre Competencias Ciudadanas, se encuentra estructurado en 6 momentos el primer momento se refiere a aquellos aportes teóricos conceptúales y legales que enmarcan todo proceso de intervención profesional, el segundo momento referido a la contextualización de la infancia a nivel internacional y nacional. El tercer momento presenta la información institucional donde se desarrollo la práctica profesional. El cuarto momento describe el aspecto metodológico y la formulación de la planeación con Enfoque de Marco Lógico en la cual el tema relevante fueron las Competencias Ciudadanas en niños, niñas y a adolescentes líderes estudiantiles de las instituciones educativas de Bucaramanga y las Instituciones de Protección. El quinto momento presenta el informe de ejecución y evaluación de las actividades. El sexto momento consiste en la propuesta de intervención para trabajar con los niños, niñas y a adolescentes vinculados al proceso sobre el tema de los Derechos de la Niñez, con el fin de dar continuidad al proyecto elaborado en el proceso de práctica. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Given the social complexity in which we live in Colombia, where phenomena like the delinquency, the drug trafficking, the kidnapping, the violation of rights, the corruption, the poverty, for mentioning some, form a part of day after day of many persons in the national context, makes to itself necessary that the children, girls and teenagers who are in the first measure affected directly or indirectly for this situation, tackle a process of civil participation, in order that they are listened and had in account as the leaders of theirs communities and of this form the topic of infancy is included in the plans of government and theirs rights begin to be protected and promote. The work of degree on Civil Competitions, the first moment is constructed in 6 moments refers to those theoretical contributions think them and legal that frame any process of professional intervention, the second moment referred to the contextualization of the infancy worldwide and native. The third moment presents the institutional information where I develop the professional practice. The fourth moment describes the methodological aspect and the formulation of the projection with logic mark in which the relevant topic they were the Civil Competitions in children, girls and student in leading teenagers of Bucaramanga's educational institutions and the Protection institutions. The fifth moment presents the report of execution and evaluation of the activities. The sixth moment consists of the offer of intervention to work with the children, girls and teenagers linked to the process on the topic of the Childhoods rights, in order to give continuity to the project elaborated in the process of practice. | |
