dc.description.abstractHoy el desenfrenado mundo del consumismo y del trabajo para subsistir nos envuelve en un espacio en donde olvidamos encauzar y motivar en nuestros hijos la práctica diaria de los valores, en especial el del respeto, para que en la socialización con los demás actúen autónomamente y dialoguen poniendo en práctica la tolerancia, la escucha y la libertad de opinión. Cabe mencionar que los valores aunque se construyen en casa, el colegio debe comprometerse en su potencionamiento constantemente partiendo no sólo del docente de ética, sino, de todos, quienes pueden reflexionar sobre las acciones en las que los niños intervienen a diario encontrando con ellos el sentido coherente para el fortalecimiento de su personalidad. Por lo tanto es para todos de suma importancia reconocer que el valor del respeto es un punto de partida que interviene en la toma de decisiones, y su accionar concreto esta establecido bajo principios de honestidad, responsabilidad y libertad; por consiguiente, es importante tener en cuenta que como docentes somos el modelo a seguir de los niños, a si mismo nuestras acciones deberán ser el reflejo continuo de un actuar ético con disciplina pero sobre todo con transparencia y autoestima, actitudes esenciales en la configuración del valor del respeto.
dc.description.abstractenglishNowadays, the unrestrained world of consumerism and excess of work in order to subsist, involves us into a space in which we forget to guide and motivate our children towards the daily practice of values, especially respect, this practice permits that in the socialization with the others children can act with autonomy and dialogue applying the tolerance, the listening and the freedom to give opinions. It is necessary to mention that, although the values are built at home, the school must show its commitment in potentializing them constantly. It is not only on the ethics teachers hands the duty to enhance those values, but also on all the members of the community who should guide the reflection on the actions in which children take part so that they can find together the coherent way for strengthening their personalities. Therefore it is so important for everybody to recognize that the value of respect is the starting point in the decision taking and concrete acting which are established under principles of honesty, responsibility and freedom. Consequently, it's relevant to take into account that as teachers, we reflect continuously the ethical act with discipline but mainly with transparency and self-esteem: essential attitudes in the shaping of the value of respect.
