dc.description.abstractEl proyecto ´áSEGURAMIENTO DEL PROCESO DE FABRICACIÓN DEL ELECTRODO SODERBERG DE LA EMPRESA CERRO MATOSO S.A.´´ tenia como objetivo La identificación de todos los riesgos, actualización del procedimiento y la estandarización del manual del sistema de elaboración del electrodo Soderberg, con el fin de lograr un aprendizaje enfocado, estructurado y documentado hacia la fabricación, adición y consumo del electrodo a los operadores y mantenedores. En la operación de la subfase de reducción y fusión de la empresa Cerro Matoso S.A., se presenta un proceso crítico que consiste en la elaboración del electrodo Soderberg donde se evidencia, el peligro de ingreso de pasta líquida al interior del horno eléctrico.Para mitigar este riesgo se estructuró en 4 metodologías: la parte MOP que integra la forma de documentacióncon el fin de estandarizar el sistema de elaboración del electrodo Soderberg. La segunda parte trata de un estudio administrativo basado en las competencias de los operadores para la unificación del grupo Casing con proceso. La tercera parte que corresponde a las alternativas tecnológicas para mejorar las diferentes variables que suelen presentarse en este proceso y una última parte que integra todos los lineamientos de controles de seguridad que deben existir en el proceso de elaboración del electrodo Soderberg a partir de la metodología Bow-tie.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe project ´áSSURANCE OF THE PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING SODERBERG ELECTRODE CERRO MATOSO COMPANY'' was aimed atidentifying all risks, update procedures and standardization of manual processing system Soderberg electrode, to achieve learning focused, structured and documented to the manufacture and consumption of the electrode addition to operators and maintainers. In the operation of the sub-phase reduction and merger of the company, presents a critical process that involves the development of Soderberg electrode where the evidence, the danger of liquid paste entry into the electric furnace. To mitigate this risk was structured in 4 methodologies: the MOP that integrates the form of documentation in order to standardize the processing system Soderberg electrode. The second part is a study based administrative kills of the operators for the unification of the group Casing with process.
