dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto describe el proceso de Diseño, documentación e implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad para la empresa de VALCO CONSTRUCTORES Y CONSULTORES LTDA, con el propósito de dar cumplimiento a los requisitos exigido en la norma: ISO 9001:2000. La metodología del proyecto, esta compuesto por el manual de calidad que representa el Sistema de Gestión Calidad de la empresa; procedimientos exigidos por la norma; el manual de funciones que describe los trabajos y responsabilidades del mismo; el Control de documentos y registros que sirven para evidenciar los procesos de la empresa, la implementación que consiste observar si la documentación realizada anteriormente se adapta a los proyectos que maneja la empresa. Finalmente llegar al objetivo principal la certificación de la empresa, razones por los cuales se unieron todos los esfuerzos humanos y organizacionales durante la realización del presente proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present project describes the process of Design, documentation and implementation of the System of Administration of Quality for the company of VALCO MANUFACTURERS AND CONSULTANTS LTDA. with the purpose of giving execution to the requirements demanded in the norm: ISO 9001:2000. The methodology of the project, this compound for the manual of quality that represents the System of Administration Quality of the company; procedures demanded by the norm; the manual of functions, describes the works and responsibilities of the same one; the Control of documents and registrations that are good to evidence the processes of the company, the implementation that consists to observe if the documentation carried out previously adapts to the projects that it manages the company. Finally to arrive to the main objective the certification of the company, reasons for which united all the human and organizational efforts during the realization of the present project.
