dc.description.abstractEl desempleo es uno de los problemas que más genera preocupación en la sociedad actual; para lograr disminuir la brecha entre las habilidades y las oportunidades laborales en Colombia, debe existir un esfuerzo en conjunto entre el Gobierno, las instituciones educativas, las fami empresas, los grandes y pequeños empresarios, para así garantizar que los colombianos tengan una mejor formación que responda a las necesidades reales del mercado laboral. Atendiendo esta necesidad y por solicitud de la Fundación Laical Miani, desde la práctica empresarial de Trabajo Social, se hace el aporte al proceso de estructuración al Centro de Educación para el Trabajo y el Desarrollo Humano, con la participación en el estudio de pertinencia de los programas en el área textil y de confecciones, al igual que, en la estructuración de lineamientos mediante una lista de chequeo para la construcción del Proyecto Educativo institucional (PEI), además del análisis del mercado laboral del sector textil, su dinámica económica y ocupacional en Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana. Los resultados alcanzados son de gran importancia y aporte a la fundación en la apertura del centro de formación, ya que la prestación de nuevos servicios contribuye a satisfacer la necesidad de diferentes grupos de interés.
dc.description.abstractenglishUnemployment is one of the most worrying problems in today's society; In order to reduce the gap between skills and job opportunities in Colombia, there must be a joint effort between the Government, educational institutions, family companies, large and small businessmen, to ensure that Colombians have a better education than respond to the real needs of the labor market. In response to this need and at the request of the Laian Miani Foundation, from the business practice of Social Work, the contribution to the structuring process is made to the Education Center for Work and Human Development, with the participation in the study of relevance of the programs in the textile and garment sector, as well as in the structuring of guidelines through a checklist for the construction of the Institutional Educational Project (PEI), in addition to the analysis of the labor market of the textile sector, its economic and occupational dynamics in Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area. The results achieved are of great importance and contribution to the foundation in the opening of the training center, since the provision of new services contributes to satisfy the need of different interest groups.
