dc.description.abstractEl siguiente documento describe las actividades realizadas en la empresa de confecciones, FRANK BOLIER, para lograr implementar un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad. Estas actividades son variadas y abarcan desde el planteamiento y concluyen con los procedimientos y formatos para las auditorías, las cuales deberán ser realizadas en el momento indicado. Este proyecto se basa en la implementación de un sistema de gestión de la calidad, lo cual se inicia con la elaboración de un diagnostico, que permite establecer el punto de partida inicial del proyecto. Esta información proporciona el estado actual de la empresa respecto a los requisitos exigidos por la NTC ISO 9001:2008. Posteriormente se definen los compromisos de la empresa relacionados con el proyecto, para lograr la satisfacción del cliente y la mejora continua de la empresa. Mediante un presupuesto realizado se asignan los recursos necesarios para la operación del sistema. En la segunda etapa se realiza la sensibilización del personal, lo cual incluye a todos los miembros de la organización. En la tercera etapa se elabora toda la documentación requerida por la norma para el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad. En la cuarta etapa se procede a diseñar la aplicación del Sistema de Gestión de la calidad. La etapa 5 corresponde al diseño de Auditorías, en la cual se efectúan medidas y se establece las acciones preventivas y correctivas, y se establecerá formatos de Auditorías internas. Al finalizar el proyecto se lograron todos los objetivos propuestos y de esta forma cumplir con los requisitos exigidos por la norma ISO 9001:2008.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe following document describes the activities in the apparel company, FRANK Bolier, in order to implement a System of Quality Management. These activities are varied and range from the approach and conclude with the procedures and formatsfor audits, which shall be made at the right time. This project builds on the implementation of a system of quality management, whichstarts with making a diagnosis, which sets the initial starting point of the project. This information provides the current status of the company regarding the requirements of theNTC ISO 9001:2008. Then define the commitments of the company related to the project, to achieve customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the company. Done through a budget allocates resources for the operation of the system. In the secondstage involves the awareness of staff, which includes all members of the organization. Inthe third stage makes all the documentation required by the standard for QualityManagement System. In the fourth stage we proceed to design the application management system quality. Stage 5 corresponds to the design of audits, in which measurements are made and sets the preventive and corrective actions, a establish internal audits formats. Upon completion of the project were achieved every goal and thus meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
