| dc.description.abstract | La ingeniería como uno de los factores determinantes en el desarrollo de un país ha impulsado enérgicamente la exploración y utilización de nuevas tecnologías que permitan desarrollar proyectos más ambiciosos, no solamente en la parte estética sino en la parte arquitectónica y estructural, mediante la implementación de sistemas estructurales, como lo son los muros de carga, los cuales permiten la obtención de edificios más eficientes en el papel de vivienda con tiempos de ejecución más cortos y beneficios financieros más interesantes para los inversionistas. El incremento en la construcción de edificaciones con el sistema anteriormente mencionado en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, ciudad catalogada como zona de alto riesgo sísmico, plantea la necesidad de desarrollar un análisis de tipo estructural a esta clase de edificaciones que genere unos resultados de comportamiento sísmico. Para llevar a cabo lo planteado se parte de 6 edificaciones representativas del sistema estructural de muros, entre 10 y 19 pisos, construidos en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, las cuales serán modeladas y sometidas al análisis sísmico no lineal Pushover a través del software SAP 2000, con lo cual se determinará su posible nivel de comportamiento según las metodologías expuestas en el ATC-40 y en el FEMA 273. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Engineering as one of the main factors in the development of a country, has impelled the exploration and use of new technologies that allow to develop more ambitious projects, not only in the esthetic part but also in the architectonic and structural parts, through the implementation of structural systems like shear walls which allow to obtain more efficient buildings in the role of housing with shorter time of execution and more interesting profits for the investors. The increment in the construction of edifications with the structural system above mentioned in Bucaramanga, that is considered as a city with high seismic risk, raises the need to develop an structural analysis type that generate results of seismic behavior of this kind of buildings. To develop what was mentioned before, 6 representative shear wall edifications, 10-19-story of height, built in the city of Bucaramanga will be used. Those structures will be modeled and a nonlinear pushover analysis will be made using the software sap 2000.
