| dc.description.abstract | Los recursos de sistema general de participación son la distribución de recursos que recibe el Estado teniendo en cuenta lo estipulado en la constitución política, sin embargo son una fuente importante de financiación para el desarrollo territorial, por lo tanto deben administrarse siguiendo los principios de transparencia, eficiencia, impacto, equidad y sostenibilidad.. La atomización de las inversiones, su transitoriedad, la incertidumbre en su cuantificación y las debilidades en materia de ejecución, han obligado al gobierno nacional y a las entidades territoriales a buscar avances en la implementación de estrategias para mejorar el uso de estos recursos. El municipio de Cantagallo, sur de bolívar obtiene sus ingresos del Sistema General de Participaciones, Sistema General de regalías y Fondo Nacional de Regalías y un pequeño ingreso de recurso propios de libre destinación del municipio que de acuerdo con el plan de desarrollo municipal tiene como objeto superar las brechas de inequidad social de los sectores más vulnerables, razón por la cual valiéndose de la riqueza de su recurso natural y del compromiso responsable por parte de su administración buscan un desarrollo ambiental sostenible y el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de sus habitantes. Por otra parte, el municipio de Cantagallo también cuenta con otras actividades económicas como son la agricultura, pesca y ganadería teniendo como fin cubrir gran parte de las necesidades insatisfechas de la población, transportando todo la producción agrícola al casco urbano con el propósito de vender con el apoyo de la alcaldía municipal con el mejoramiento de las vías terciarias. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The resources of the general system of participation are the distribution of resources that the State receives taking into account the stipulations of the political constitution; however, they are an important source of financing for territorial development, therefore they must be administered following the principles of transparency, efficiency, impact, equity and sustainability. The atomization of the investments, their transience, the uncertainty in their quantification and the weaknesses in the matter of execution, have forced the national government and the territorial entities to look for advances in the implementation of strategies to improve the use of these resources. The municipality of Cantagallo, south of Bolívar obtains its income from the General System of Participations, General System of Royalties and National Fund of Royalties and a small income of own resources of free destination of the municipality that according to the municipal development plan has as object overcoming the social inequality gaps of the most vulnerable sectors, which is why, using the wealth of their natural resources and the responsible commitment of their administration, they seek sustainable environmental development and the improvement of the quality of life of their inhabitants. On the other hand, the municipality of Cantagallo also has other economic activities such as agriculture, fishing and livestock with the purpose of covering a large part of the unmet needs of the population, transporting all agricultural production to the urban area in order to sell with the support of the municipal mayor's office with the improvement of the tertiary roads. | |
