dc.description.abstractEsta investigación describe el proceso de acceso y permanencia de estudiantes indígenas del pueblo Inga en Aponte Nariño Colombia en la Universidad Industrial de Santander UIS-, está fundamentados en los principios establecidos en el mandato integral de vida para la pervivencia del Pueblo Inga en Aponte, por medio del relato de vida realizado por el autor de este documento como primer estudiante indígena que ingresa a la Universidad Industrial de Santander luego de la sentencia T-110 del 16 de febrero - Se hace una revisión documental de archivos del Comité de Admisiones y documentos respecto al sistema de educación propia en el territorio Ancestral del Pueblo Inga en Aponte Nariño-Colombia, respecto al ingreso y permanencia de los bachilleres que pertenecen a una comunidad o resguardo indígena que para este caso es el Pueblo Inga en Aponte. Revisión de los últimos cinco años, teniendo en cuenta el acuerdo 134 del 7 de junio del 2011, dado por el Consejo Académico de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Los datos recolectados y analizados, develan que el ingreso y permanencia de bachilleres indígenas en la universidad UIS, ha significado un compromiso, personal y comunitario al igual que una lucha continua y permanente para poder preservar su identidad cultural dentro del sistema de educación, durante sus estudios primarios, secundarios y en programas de pregrado que hoy cursan. A pesar de esto, persiste en el proyecto de vida personal continuar con los estudios de posgrados para luego regresar al territorio de origen a cumplir con lo establecido en el Mandato Integral de Vida para la Pervivencia del Pueblo Inga en Aponte
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research describes the process of access and permanence of indigenous students of the Inga people in Aponte Nariño Colombia at the Industrial University of Santander -UIS- Is based on the principles established in the integral mandate of life for the survival of the Inga People in Aponte, through the story of life realized by the author of this document by first indigenous student who enters to the Industrial University of Santander after the judgment T-110 of 16 of February of 2010 "right to the education of indigenous communities-UIS" given By the Constitutional Court. There is a documentary review of files of the admissions and documents committee regarding the education system itself in the Ancestral Territory of the Inga People in Aponte Nariño-Colombia, regarding the admission and permanence of the high schoolers who belong to a community or indigenous reservation that is the Inga People in Aponte case. Review of the last five years, taking into account the agreement 134 of June 7, 2011, given by the Academic Council of the Industrial University of Santander. The data collected and analyzed reveal that the admission and permanence of indigenous high schoolers atUISUniversity has meant a personal and community commitment as well as a continuous and permanent struggle to preserve their cultural identity within the education system, during their primary, secondary and undergraduate programs. In spite of this, it persists in the project of personal life to continue with the postgraduate studies before returning to the territory of origin to comply with the established in the Integral Mandate of Life for the Survival of the Inga People in Aponte.
