dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo se desarrolla con el fin de proporcionar al DEPÓSITO Y AUTOSERVICIO LA COLMENA una herramienta para manejar de una mejor forma su negocio a través de un sistema de inventarios. El proyecto inicia con un diagnostico del estado actual de la empresa donde se determinaron los problemas más críticos y su área de influencia. A continuación se establecen los valores de las diferentes variables involucradas en el diseño del sistema de inventarios. Posteriormente se procede a delinear las políticas, mejoras en los procesos e indicadores necesarios para el buen funcionamiento y control de este sistema. Debido al volumen de referencias comercializadas por la empresa, el sistema debe ser apoyado en una herramienta tecnológica, para lo cual se evalúa y adquiere un software apropiado para tal fin. La siguiente etapa es la capacitación del personal, con el cual se desarrollan diferentes temas fundamentales para el éxito final durante la implementación. Por último se procede con la prueba piloto del sistema general, donde se evidencian las dificultades y el funcionamiento real del sistema teórico Finalmente se recomiendan una serie de proyectos adicionales que tienen como propósito terminar de manera integrada el proceso de mejora al interior de LA COLMENA iniciado con este proyecto
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work is developed with the purpose of providing to the DEPOSITO Y AUTOSERVICIO LA COLMENA. a tool to manage in a better way its business through a system of inventories. The project begins with a diagnose of the current state of the company where the most critical problems and its influence area were determined. Next the securities of the different variables involved in the design of the system of inventories settle down. Later on, it proceeds to delineate the politicians, improvements in the processes and necessary indicators for the good operation and control of this system. Due to the volume of references marketed by the company, the system should be supported in a technological tool, for that which is evaluated and she acquires an appropriate software for such an end. The following stage is the personnel's training, with which different fundamental topics are developed for the final success during the implementation. For finish it proceeds with the pilot test of the general system, where the difficulties and the real operation of the theoretical system are evidenced Finally they are recommended a series of additional projects that has as purpose to finish an integrated way the process of improvement to the interior of LA COLMENA, begun with this project
