dc.description.abstractEl presente informe contiene el diseño e implementación de un sistema de gestión de la calidad fundamentado en el cumplimiento de los requisitos de las norma NTC ISO 9001:2000, que mejorará el desempeño de los servicios del Centro de Diagnóstico y Cirugía Ocular CEDCO LTDA. El desarrollo de este proyecto se estructuró así: en primer lugar, se analizó el marco teórico. En segundo lugar, se elaboró el diagnóstico de la empresa en cuanto estado de cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma, en tercer lugar se procedió a la planificación del sistema de gestión de la calidad, estableciendo política y objetivos de calidad, un equipo líder, comités de calidad por procesos y un representante de la gerencia, además se creó una plan de trabajo para el desarrollo del SGC y se identificaron sus procesos. Seguido este paso, se inició la sensibilización y capacitación del todo el personal sobre el sistema de gestión de la calidad. La siguiente etapa fue la documentación del sistema por medio de procedimientos, instructivos y formatos, definiendo el funcionamiento de los procesos y los registros que debían quedar como evidencia de su cumplimiento. En la medida en que se generaba la documentación, se daba inicio a la implementación siendo en esta etapa donde se diligenciaron los formatos exigidos por el sistema de gestión de la calidad quedando registro de la aplicación de los diferentes procedimiento e instructivos. Como última etapa se procedió a realizar la evaluación al proceso de implementación mediante un ciclo de auditorias internas de calidad, generándose un plan de mejora implementado en todos los procesos de la institución. Cumplidos los objetivos del proyecto, se citó a una auditoria de certificación, en la cual se verificó la eficacia del sistema de gestión de la calidad implementado
dc.description.abstractenglishThis report contains the design and implementation of a system of management of quality based in the fulfillments of all requirements of the laws NTC ISO 9001:2000, it will be better all the services witting Centro de Diagnóstico y Cirugía Ocular CEDCO LTDA. The development of this project was structed as following: Firstable, it was done a theorical, in the latter it will be developed the system of management of quality. In the second term, it was done a company diagnostic which was focus following the requirements of the law, thirdly, it established quality objectives an policy, a leader team, quality committees by processes and one representative from the management, also it was created a work plan to develop the system of management of quality and there were identified the SGC processes. Followed this last step, it was begin the sensitivity and training in the staff about the gestion of quality. The next step was the system documentation by some procedures, instructives and formats, defining the function of the processes and registries that were the evidence of their fulfillments. A soon as the documentation was generate, it started the implementation, it means, the practice of every procedures in each area in the organization, also in this term it was completed all formats asked by the system of management of quality, leaving registration of the application in different procedures and instructives. In the last stage, it was done the evaluation to the implementation process by a cycle of internal auditories of quality, generating an improvement plan of implementation in every institution process.
