| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente documento presenta el trabajo realizado en la microempresa Creaciones Lolys & Cia Ltda, que consta del análisis inicial de la empresa, del diseño de un sistema de producción basado en el sistema modular y de la aplicación del mismo a la empresa. La implementación del sistema se realizó bajo la orientación del Centro de Desarrollo Productivo del Sector de Confección de Santander y por medio de pruebas piloto realizadas con el personal operativo. Como contribución para la Empresa se elaboró la distribución de planta, los diagramas de recorrido y de flujo de las prendas, las fichas técnicas de cada producto, el balanceo de las referencias, un manual de funciones y se determinaron los costos de los productos. El objeto del proyecto fue facilitar y agilizar el proceso de producción, mejorar en el tiempo de entrega, aumentar en la calidad y disminuir en los costos del producto. El proyecto se inicio desde la realización de la planeación y programación de la producción que inicialmente se hacia de forma empírica. La metodología del proyecto fue la realización de un diagnostico inicial de la empresa, la realización de un diseño adaptable a los recursos de la empresa y por ultimo a la implementación. | dc.description.abstractenglish | The following document presents the work carried out in the company Creations Lolys & Cia Ltda that consists of the initial analysis of the company, of the design of a production system based on the system to modulate and of the application of the same one to the company. The implementation of the system was carried out under the orientation of the Center of Productive Development of the Sector of Making of Santander and by means of tests pilot carried out with the operative personnel. As contribution for the Company the plant distribution was elaborated, the journey diagrams and of flow of the garments, the technical records of each product, the swinging of the references, a manual of functions and the costs of the products were determined. The object of the project was to facilitate and to speed up the production process, to improve in the time of delivery, to increase in the quality and to diminish in the costs of the product.
