dc.description.abstractPara la empresa IDESTEC Ltda se desarrolló e implantó el módulo de Recurso Humano para el Sistema de Información Web Clinic-On-Line como Trabajo de Grado en modalidad Práctica Empresarial. Este módulo fue realizado con el objetivo principal de gestionar y administrar la información (selección, contratación, inducción, capacitación, desempeño, bienestar y clima laboral) relacionada con el personal de la organización con el único propósito de seguir, evaluar y desarrollar la capacidad del talento humano en pro del logro de los objetivos estratégicos de la organización. El módulo de Recurso Humano se implementó desde cero, tanto en las páginas Web como en su estructura de datos (tablas de la Base de Datos). Todos estos archivos y nuevas modificaciones a la Base de Datos fueron añadidos posteriormente al sistema principal Clinic-On-Line, consolidando así la actualización del sistema con la puesta en marcha de la nueva funcionalidad. Dentro del marco de la práctica, a parte del montaje de toda la estructura de nuevos directorios (codificación), se realizó además la completa configuración y prueba del módulo para dejar como única pretensión la optima utilización y aprovechamiento de la nueva funcionalidad por parte del usuario final.
dc.description.abstractenglishFor the company IDESTEC Ltda. was developed and implanted the module of Human Resource for the Information System Web Clinic-On-Line like Graduation Work in modality Enterprise Practice. This module was realized with the primary target to manage and to administer the information (selection, hiring, induction, qualification, performance, well-being and labor climate) related to the personnel of the organization with the unique intention to follow, to evaluate and to develop the capacity of the human talent for the profit of the strategic targets of the organization. The module of Human Resource was implemented from zero, as much in the pages Web as in its structure of data (tables of Data Base). All these archives and new modifications to Data Base later went additions to the main system Clinic-On-Line, consolidating therefore the update of the system with the beginning of the new functionality. Within the frame of the practice, to part of the assembly of all the structure of new directories (codification), it was realized in addition the complete configuration and test of the module to leave like unique pretension the optimum use and advantage of the new functionality on the part of the end user.
