dc.description.abstractA través del desarrollo práctico de la archivística y aún más como proceso social, se consolida una relación reciproca entre estudiante y entidad ya que, por un lado, permite la inserción temprana del estudiante a la vida laboral y el encuentro de este con los procesos que conllevan la gestión documental y, por el otro, la organización de la documentación y la concientización tanto de los empleados como de los directivos, contribuyendo así al perfeccionamiento o mejora de los distintos procesos archivísticos. El presente informe evidencia los resultados obtenidos de la intervención archivística a la serie Contratos de la Escuela Tecnológica Instituto Técnico Central que, si bien tiene sus antecedentes históricos desde el 09 de febrero de 1896, es a partir del 2013 que la dependencia Vicerrectoría Administrativa y Financiera se ve en la necesidad de una intervención archivística para la realización de una transferencia primaria al Archivo Central, pues, si bien su documentación no hace parte de un fondo acumulado y tampoco tiene una frecuencia de alta consulta -debido a su temporalidad-, no ha sido intervenida por la entidad sino que, por el contrario, se ha abandonado la preocupación por la documentación que contiene y por aplicarle la debida normatividad que el AGN aconseja. Por lo tanto, el informe contiene el diseño metodológico y el paso a paso de las actividades archivísticas llevadas a cabo como, por ejemplo, la realización del diagnóstico integral de archivos, la organización de la serie documental con sus respectivas actividades archivísticas como la clasificación, ordenación, descripción y finalmente la transferencia documental, lo que le permitirá tanto al historiador como al archivista entender cómo a partir de la correcta organización de una serie tan compleja e importante como lo es la de contratos, se consolida la historia de la transparencia y legalidad de una entidad, en este caso la ETITC, sin desconocer, además, que es una fuente de análisis histórico e incluso económico.
dc.description.abstractenglishThrough the practical development of archival science and even more as a social process, a reciprocal relationship between student and entity is consolidated since, on the one hand, it allows the early insertion of the student into working life and the encounter of this with the processes involved in document management and, on the other hand, the organization of documentation and awareness of both employees and managers, thus contributing to the improvement or improvement of the various archival processes. This report evidences the results obtained from the archival intervention to the Contracts series of the Central Technical Institute School of Technology that, although it has its historical background since February 09, 1896, it is from 2013 that the Administrative and Financial Vice Rectory unit sees the need for an archival intervention for the realization of a primary transfer to the Central Archive, Although its documentation is not part of an accumulated fund and neither does it have a high frequency of consultation -due to its temporality-, it has not been intervened by the entity but, on the contrary, it has abandoned the concern for the documentation it contains and for applying the due regulations that the AGN advises. Therefore, the report contains the methodological design and the step-by-step of the archival activities carried out, such as, for example, the comprehensive diagnosis of the archives, the organization of the documentary series with their respective archival activities such as classification, arrangement, description and finally the transfer of documents, This will allow both the historian and the archivist to understand how the correct organization of a series as complex and important as that of contracts consolidates the history of transparency and legality of an entity, in this case the ETITC, without ignoring the fact that it is a source of historical and even economic analysis
