dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de grado, hace referencia a la factibilidad de crear una sala de embellecimiento automotriz en la ciudad de Barrancabermeja, haciendo claridad que el planteamiento no corresponde a un lavadero de autos tradicional, corresponde al planteamiento de un sitio especializado en el embellecimiento automotriz, basado en la necesidad del propietario de embellecer su vehículo, para preservarlo en el tiempo en óptimas condiciones estéticas. Esta investigación inicia con las generalidades tomando como referencias los planteamientos realizados en el anteproyecto, tomando como apoyo para sustentar sus conclusiones el estudio de mercados que utilizo la encuesta como instrumento de conocimiento de la demanda del servicio en la región y sus resultados tomados como referente de proyección empresarial, logrando concretar la efectividad de su proyección con el respectivo análisis financiero y administrativo que hacen de la investigación un complemento sólido para las pretensiones emprendedoras. Se observa que la inversión de $83.000.000, puede proyectar la creación de 12 nuevos empleos atípicos a los que normalmente ofrece la industria petroquímica desarrollada en la región. De la misma manera, se aprecia una tasa interna de retorno (TIR) proyectada en el 250%,, presentándose como una oportunidad clara y de gran rentabilidad en un tiempo menor, con grandes expectativas de crecimiento en la región.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work of degree, makes reference to the feasibility to create a room of automotive beautifully in the city of Barrancabermeja, being done clarity that the exposition does not correspond to a traditional laundry of cars, corresponds to the exposition of a site specialized in the automotive beautifully, based on the necessity of the proprietor to embellish its vehicle, to preserve it in the time in optimal aesthetic conditions. This investigation initiates with the majorities taking like references the expositions made in the first draft, taking as support to sustain to its conclusións the study of markets that I use the survey like instrument of knowledge of the demand of the service in the región and its results taken like referring from enterprise projection, managing to make specific the effectiveness of its projection with the respective financial and administrative analysis that makes of the investigation a complement been accustomed to for the enterprising pretensións. It is observed that the investment of $83.000.000, can project the creation of 12 new atypical uses to which normally offers the developed petrochemical industry in the región. In the same way, an internal rate of return (TIR) projected in 250% is appraised, appearing like a clear opportunity and of great yield in a smaller time, with great expectations of growth in the región.
