dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto, formula el plan de gestión integral de residuos sólidos domésticos, para la Gerencia Refinería Barrancabermeja, definido este como el control de la generación, almacenamiento, recolección y disposición final de los mismos, implementado actividades tanto administrativas como operativas orientadas todas a mitigar los diferentes impactos ambientales, promoviendo la sensibilización ambiental para la preservación de los diferentes recursos naturales. Se realizaron actividades en todas las áreas operativas, administrativas, instituciones recreativas, educativas y residenciales pertenecientes a la Gerencia Refinería Barrancabermeja, haciendo participe de estas actividades a todos los niveles de la organización junto con sus respectivas familias y en diferentes escenarios tanto laboral, familiar y recreativo. Con la realización de este proyecto, se beneficiaran el medio ambiente, todos los trabajadores, comunidades vecinas y la imagen de la empresa ECOPETROL, en donde ella demostrando su compromiso por el medio ambiente apoya esta iniciativa, con el objetivo de obtener beneficios ambientales, cumplimiento a la normativa ambiental vigente y a la política de responsabilidad integral de la empresa y así generar una mejor cultura en lo referente al tema de los residuos sólidos e integrar el proyecto de residuos sólidos al actual Sistema de Gestión en Calidad (SGC) y al futuro sistema de gestión ambiental de la institución.
dc.description.abstractenglishWith the realization of this project, they would benefit the environment, all the workers, neighboring communities and the image of company ECOPETROL would benefit, where she demonstrating her commitment by the environment supports this initiative, with the aim of obtaining environmental benefits, compliance with environmental legislation existing and comprehensive enterprise and generate a better culture with regard to the issue of solid waste and integrate the project to the current management system in quality (GSC) and future environmental institution management system solid waste liability policy. Activities were realized in all the areas operative, administrative areas, recreative, educational and residential institutions belonging to the Management Refinery Barrancabermeja, doing participant of these activities to all the levels of the organization together with his respective families and in different stages so much labour, family and recreative With the accomplishment of this project, the environment, all the workers, neighboring communities and the image of company ECOPETROL would benefit, where she demonstrating her commitment by the environment supports this initiative, with the aim of obtaining environmental benefits, fulfillment to the effective environmental norm and the policy of integral responsibility of the company and thus generating one better culture with respect to the subject of the solid residues and to the future integrate the project of solid residues to the present System of Management in quality (SGC) and to system of environmental management of the institution.
