dc.description.abstractEste trabajo presenta las actividades realizadas durante la práctica empresarial en la firma constructora Vesga Moreno Ingenieros Limitada, para ello es necesaria la descripción de todas y cada una de las actividades desarrolladas a lo largo de la misma. Como contribución para la empresa se adelantó la gestión requerida para iniciar el proceso de exportación de los servicios de ingeniería en CHILE, dando así un apoyo importante para el alcance de la visión de la organización fiMantener los mercados a nivel nacional e incursionar en mercados internacionales a partir del año 2007, mediante el reconocimiento externo de nuestra competitividad, se conoció la normatividad existente en ambos países para este tipo de negocios, contactando a las entidades pertinentes como la Cámara de Comercio y PROEXPORT, por parte de COLOMBIA y EL Ministerio de Obras Públicas y la Cámara de la Construcción por parte de CHILE. Un gran paso que se logró, fue la radicación de uno de los empleados de la empresa, propiamente del departamento de ingeniería en la ciudad de Santiago de Chile, siendo esta una fortaleza para la organización en la búsqueda de su ampliación comercial. Adicionalmente se actualizó el plan exportador de la empresa, logrando el aval de PROEXPORT, entidad encargada de administrar, asesorar y materializar las exportaciones en Colombia. La investigación adelantada, da a la empresa las herramientas básicas para radicarse en CHILE e indica los trámites necesarios para cumplir con los requisitos jurídicos, legales y técnicos propios de las organizaciones contratistas en este país
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work presents the activities carried out during the managerial practice in the signature manufacturer VESGA MORENO INGENIEROS LIMITADA, for it is necessary the description of all and each one of the activities developed along the same one. As contribution for the company was ahead the administration required to begin the process of export of the engineering services in CHILE, giving this way an important support for the reach of the vision of the organization "to Maintain the markets at national level and to intrude in international markets starting from the year 2007, by means of the external recognition of our competitiveness", the existent normatividad was known in both countries for this type of business, contacting to the pertinent entities as the Chamber of Commerce and PROEXPORT, on the part of COLOMBIA and The Ministry of Public Works and the Camera of the Construction on the part of CHILE. A great step that was achieved, was the radicación of one of the employees of the company, properly of the engineering department in the city of Santiago from Chile, being this a strength for the organization in the search of its commercial amplification. Additionally the plan exporter of the company was upgraded, achieving the guarantee of PROEXPORT, entity in charge of administering, to advise and to materialize the exports in Colombia. The early investigation, gives to the company the basic tools to be resided in CHILe and it indicates the necessary steps to fulfill the juridical, legal requirements and technicians characteristic of the organizations contractors in this country
