dc.description.abstractEste proyecto propicia la manera adecuada de implementar un plan de mantenimiento basado en las metodologías RBI desarrollada por la normativa del Instituto Americano del Petróleo (API) y las recomendaciones API 580 y mantenimiento centrado en confiabilidad (RCM). Se describe el análisis de criticidad para determinar las fronteras de estudio. Al realizar un comparativo se identifica que RBI busca la integridad de los equipos y RCM busca la confiabilidad de los equipos. Lo que se pretende es confiabilidad de los equipos, y que realicen las funciones para la que fueron diseñados, Se determina que la metodología a aplicar es mantenimiento centrado en la confiabilidad (RCM). Se procede a desarrollar el método de mantenimiento centrado en confiabilidad dando respuesta a las siete (7) preguntas que se indican en el ítem 3.3 del marco teórico. Esto con el fin de disponer de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo que se anexe con la instalación y mantenimiento de cuartos fríos de la empresa interhospitalaria. Implementarlo en los equipos ya instalados, permitiendo asegurar la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de los mismos, optimizando el tiempo de vida útil de los equipos de refrigeración y la conservación de los productos almacenados en el mismo (medicamento y vacunas), a fin de elevar la productividad del Departamento de mantenimiento post venta a través de servicios oportunos y de calidad, fortaleciendo la imagen de la empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project propitiates the proper way to implement a maintenance plan based on the RBI methodologies developed by the American Petroleum Institute (API) regulations and API recommendations 580 and maintenance focused on reliability (RCM). The criticality analysis is described to determine the boundaries of the study. When making a comparison it is identified that RBI seeks the integrity of the equipment and RCM seeks the reliability of the equipment. What is intended is the reliability of the equipment, and that they perform the functions for which they were designed. It is determined that the methodology to be applied is maintenance focused on reliability (RCM). We proceed to develop the maintenance method focused on reliability, responding to the seven (7) questions indicated in item 3.3 of the theoretical framework. This in order to have a preventive maintenance plan that is annexed with the installation and maintenance of cold rooms of the interhospital company. Implement it in the equipment already installed, allowing to ensure the reliability and availability of the same, optimizing the life time of the refrigeration equipment and the conservation of the products stored in it (medicine and vaccines), in order to raise productivity of the Department of post-sale maintenance through timely and quality services, strengthening the image of the company.
