dc.description.abstractLa Ley 100 de 1.993 en Colombia enfrenta a las instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud (IPS) al reto de la competitividad en el que la calidad de la atención es un factor determinante para la sobre vivencia en el mercado La fisioterapia es considerada en el área de la salud , como fundamental en la prestación de un servicio de salud integral y de calidad dentro de un proceso de rehabilitación En la actualidad un alto número de pacientes están discapacitados por la demora en una atención oportuna y eficaz en su recuperación, impidiendo el normal desenvolvimiento de sus actividades sociales o de integración laboral. Este proyecto genera la posibilidad de la creación de una Institución Prestadora de Servicios de Salud en Fisioterapia (IPS) que busca la rehabilitación y la habilitación de las limitaciones. A través del estudio de mercados se comprobó que un gran porcentaje de las Empresas Promotoras de Salud (EPS) aceptan la apertura de la IPS. La investigación técnica señala la maquinaria, la infraestructura y el equipo humano necesario para la excelente prestación del servicio. El estudio administrativo y legal permite organizar la empresa bajo los parámetros de las entidades que la vigilan y la controlan como el Ministerio de la Protección Social o sus entes delegatarios, igualmente muestra la descripción de funciones y las especificaciones de cada uno de los cargos y la estructura salarial que la compone. Por otra parte en el estudio financiero se determinó la proyección de la inversión requerida, mostrando unos márgenes de utilidad en aumento, año tras año, reflejando confiabilidad a los socios, especialmente cuando el periodo de la recuperación de la inversión es relativamente corto.
dc.description.abstractenglishLaw 100 of 1.993 en Colombia Presents the institutions that provide health services ( IPS) the challenge of competitiveness in that the quality of attention is a determining factor of survival in the market. Physiotherapy is considered in the area of health as being fundamental in the provision o fan integral service of quality within a process of rehabilitation. A high number of patients are at the moment incapacitated because of the delay in the timely and effective attention received in their recuperation thus affecting their normal social activities or their return to work. This project generates the possibility of creating an institute that Hill provides health services in physiotherapy that secks rehabilitation and enablement of the limitations. A study of the market showed that a high percentage of the health service providers (EPS) accept the opening of the IPS. The technical investigation highlights the machinery, the infrastructure and the human workforce necessary to provide an excellent service. The legal and administrative study outlines the organization of the company under the auspices of the entities that supervise and control it such as the ministry of social protection or its delegates. It also provides the description of functions and specifies each one of the functions of personnel and the expected salary structure. The financial study provides an outline of the investment needed, showing some profit margins increasing year after year, providing confidence for the partners especially when the period of recuperation of investments is relatively short.
