dc.description.abstractPartiendo de un plan de mantenimiento actual y de un historial de fallas, se busca en este trabajo a través de la implementación de la metodología del RCM, hacer una clasificación taxonómica, análisis de criticidad, causa raíz y análisis de modos y efectos de falla de cada uno de los componentes de las Estaciones de Servicio de Gas Natural Vehicular propiedad de Gasoriente SA ESP, con el objeto de optimizar el plan de mantenimiento existente que permita cubrir todos los modos de falla de los activos, reducir frecuencias de rutinas de mantenimiento redundantes e implementar acciones sobre los problemas operacionales inherentes a los equipos y a situaciones externas a la operación que afectan la disponibilidad, confiabilidad de la continuidad de la prestación del servicio y que generan altos costos correctivos, fundamentado en un análisis costo-beneficio y cumpliendo con la normatividad y la legislación nacional existente, y las buenas prácticas de ingeniería para este tipo de infraestructura industrial. Adicionalmente, se pretende implementar un sistema de indicadores de la gestión de mantenimiento, dirigidos en medir el cumplimiento del plan de mantenimiento, la disponibilidad y la relación ventas – costo de operación y mantenimiento de las GNV´s, de manera que sea un mecanismo orientado a la mejora continua de un proceso dinámico. Para finalizar, se resalta en este trabajo la importancia de contar con personal en el área de mantenimiento con conocimientos y experiencia, para lo cual es importante que las empresas cuenten con un plan de capacitaciones que refresquen y fortalezcan conceptos técnicos.
dc.description.abstractenglishStarting from a current maintenance plan and a history of failures, this project seeks, through the implementation of the RCM methodology, to make a taxonomic classification, criticality analysis, root cause and analysis of failure modes and effects of each of the components of the Vehicular Natural Gas Service Stations owned by Gasoriente SA ESP, with the aim of optimizing the current maintenance plan for resolving all failure modes of the assets, reducing frequencies of redundant maintenance routines and implement actions on inherent operational problems to the equipment and external situations to the operation which affect the availability, reliability of the continuity of service provision and that generate high corrective costs, based on a cost-benefit analysis and complying with regulations and current national legislation, and good engineering practices for this type of industrial infrastructure. Additionally, it´s intended to implement a system of maintenance management indicators, and that´s aimed at measuring compliance with the maintenance plan, availability and the sales -operation and maintenance cost relationship of NGVs, so that it is a mechanism aimed at continuous improvement. of a dynamic process. Finally, this work highlights the importance of having personnel in the maintenance area with knowledge and experience, for which it´s important that companies have a training plan, which refreshes and strengthens technical concepts.
