dc.description.abstractEl Sistema General de Seguridad Social en salud a través de la legislación vigente constituye como pilar fundamental la Participación Social. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo elaborar un plan de mejoramiento para el fortalecimiento del programa de Participación Social en Salud, en la Secretaría de Salud de Santander, centralizado en la información que se debe impartir a los usuarios a través de estas instituciones sobre los mecanismos e instancias de participación social: Servicios de Atención a la Comunidad – SAC, en las Alcaldías y gobernaciones; Servicios de Información y Atención al Usuario - SIAU en las Empresas Promotoras de Salud - EPS e Instituciones Prestadoras de Salud – IPS y como Mecanismos de Participación Social, el Consejo Local de Seguridad Social en Salud - CLSSS, Comité de Participación Comunitaria - COPACO, Veedurías Ciudadanas en Salud, Asociación de Usuarios y Comité de Ética Hospitalaria; de esta manera empoderar a los usuarios para que se integren activamente en la elaboración y control de las políticas de salud. Este proyecto elabora un plan de mejoramiento teniendo en cuenta la integración del Estado, las instituciones de salud y la comunidad como piezas fundamentales en el desarrollo de la salud participativa y con calidad a través de la promoción de la información en los usuarios.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe General System of Social Security in health through the existing legislation is a fundamental pillar of Social Participation, this project aims to develop an improvement plan to strengthen the program of Social Participation in Health in the Santander Health Ministry, centralized on the information that must be imparted to users through the health institutions, about the mechanisms and levels of social participation which are: Services of Community Care - SCC in the City Halls and Interiors, and the information Services and Customer Care - ISCC in Health Promoting Companies - EPS and Health Service Providers Institutions – IPS (HSPI) and as Social Participation Mechanisms, the Local Board of Health and Social Security - CLSSS, Community Involvement Committee - COPACO , Citizen Oversight Health Association users and Ethics Committee hospitalized, and thus empower users to actively integrate into the development and monitoring of health policies. This project develops an improvement plan taking into account the integration of the state health institutions and community as building blocks in the development of participatory health and quality through the promotion of information amongst users.
