dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo, presentamos la hipótesis de que puede observarse una dimensión ética en el estudio de los actos de habla como análisis de prácticas sociales, bajo la suposición de que hablar un lenguaje consiste en hacer parte en una conducta gobernadas por reglas. Fundamentada en la teoría de Searle de la construcción de los hechos institucionales, en la cual sostiene que al actuar de acuerdo a reglas constitutivas somos capaces de crear poderes deónticos: derechos, compromisos y obligaciones, etc. Somos capaces, por tanto de instituir nuevas formas de realidad social. Para llevar a acabo esto, se divide el trabajo en tres partes. En un primer lugar, se delimita las disciplinas con las que esta investigación se relaciona. Se advierte que este trabajo se desenvuelve bajo el campo de dos disciplinas de la filosofía, a saber: la Filosofía del lenguaje y la ética; y característicamente que la investigación se desarrolla en la corriente pragmática, en la ética discursiva y la ética del análisis del lenguaje, respectivamente. En segundo lugar, se expone la teoría de los actos de habla de Austin y Searle, con el propósito de justificar la suposición de que hablar consiste en hacer algo y además en que hablar un lenguaje es ser parte de una forma gobernada por reglas. Por último, exponemos la teoría de la construcción de los hechos institucionales, así como las nociones en que está cimentada, a saber: Intencionalidad colectiva, Reglas regulativas y la asignación de funciones agentivas; nociones que constituyen los hechos institucionales.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this work, let's sense beforehand the hypothesis of which an ethical dimension can be observed in the study of the acts of speech as analysis of social practices, under the supposition of which to speak a language consists of doing part in a conduct governed by rules. Based on Searle's theory of the construction of the institutional facts, in which it holds that having acted in agreement to constitutive rules are capable of creating power deónticos: rights, commitments and obligations, etc. We are capable, therefore of instituting new forms of social reality. To go to I end this, the work is divided in three parts. In the first place, there are delimited the disciplines to which this investigation relates. One warns that this work is unrolled under the field of two disciplines of the philosophy, namely: the Philosophy of the language and the ethics; and typically that the investigation develops in the pragmatic current, in the discursive ethics and the ethics of the analysis of the language, respectively. Secondly, there is exposed the theory of the acts of speech of Austin and Searle, with the intention of justifying the supposition of which to speak consists of doing something and in addition in that to speak a language is to be a part of a form governed by rules. Finally, we expose the theory of the construction of the institutional facts, as well as the notions in which it is established, namely: collective Premeditation, You Rule regulativas and the assignment of functions agentivas; notions that constitute the institutional facts.
