dc.description.abstractEn este documento se encuentra la propuesta de creación de un programa de Especialización que integra la Salud Ocupacional y la Ergonomía. En la primera etapa de este proyecto se encuentran los aspectos generales de la Universidad Industrial de Santander y de la Escuela de Estudios Industriales y Empresariales que intervino en la formulación del programa de posgrado. En el Segundo capitulo se llevo a cabo el diagnostico del estado actual de la Salud Ocupacional en el sector empresarial y en el entorno educativo. Terminado el diagnóstico se efectuó una Investigación de Mercados relacionada con la dinámica del área de la Salud Ocupacional, que permitió identificar vacíos en la formación de profesionales en términos de Salud Ocupacional y Ergonomía, Después de esto se Identificaron y compararon los programas similares ofrecidos en otras Universidades. Culminada la Investigación de Mercados y el Benchmarking, se formuló el Proyecto Educativo del Programa de Especialización en Salud Ocupacional - Ergonomía para evaluar los requerimientos de recursos humanos, financieros y logísticos requeridos para la puesta en marcha de la Especialización. Finalmente se realizó una evaluación financiera para determinar la viabilidad de la implementación del programa de Especialización en Salud Ocupacional
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this document is the proposition for the creation of a Specialization Program that integrates the Occupational Health and the Ergonomics. In the first stage of this project are presented the general aspects of the Industrial University of Santander and the school of Industrial and Managerial Studies that intervened in the formulation of this postgraduate program. In the Second chapter is presented the diagnosis of the current condition of the Occupational Health in the managerial sector and in the educational environment. Once the diagnosis was finished, a market investigation was carried out, related to the dynamics of Occupational Health area, which allowed to identify emptiness in the professionals' training, in terms of Occupational Health and Ergonomics. After this, similar programs offered in other Universities were identified and compared. After the end of the Market Investigation and the Benchmarking, the Educational Project of the Specialization Program in Occupational Health - Ergonomics was formulated to evaluate the requirements of human, financial and logistic resources, needed for the initiation of the Specialization. Finally, there was made a financial evaluation to determine the viability of the implementation of the Specialization Program in Occupational Health - Ergonomics.
