dc.description.abstractEl presente documento contiene la elaboración del plan de negocios, diseñado para la creación de una empresa de tutorías basada en una aplicación online, el cual busca evaluar la viabilidad del desarrollo e implementación de la plataforma interactiva encargada de ofrecer el servicio de tutorías en pares ya que serán brindadas por estudiantes universitarios para estudiantes universitarios. Una vez confirmada la viabilidad legal de la propuesta de negocio, la metodología utilizada consiste en la realización de dos estudios de mercado en las cinco principales universidades de Bucaramanga, mediante los cuales, es posible conocer el tamaño de la demanda del mercado objetivo y elaborar las estrategias de marketing, adicionalmente se realiza un estudio técnico que permite definir los procesos requeridos en la elaboración del producto y así conocer los costos y gastos requeridos para la puesta en marcha de la empresa, elaborando un estudio financiero que plasma la empresa en cifras, por último, se presenta un modelo CANVAS que define la propuesta de valor de Maxitutor. 1
