dc.description.abstractCada día son más los individuos que llegan a la vejez, convirtiéndose esto en una tendencia creciente que ha llevado a los diferentes gobiernos y en particular al colombiano al diseño e implementación de programas dentro del Sistema de Protección Social para atender los retos que esta dinámica tiene implícitos. Este artículo da cuenta de una investigación sobre las percepciones que tienen los Adultos Mayores del Centro Vida Años Maravillosos de la ciudad de Bucaramanga sobre las Condiciones de Vida (Salud, Recreación, Alimentación) y Bienestar Social que muestran por estar vinculados al Programa de Protección Social que promueve la Alcaldía del Municipio. Para esto, se realizó una investigación cualitativa con enfoque fenomenológico en donde se aplicaron seis entrevistas a profundidad con una guía semi-estructurada de preguntas a Adultos Mayores que pertenecen a los grupos adscritos al Centro Vida, con el fin de comprender sus percepciones respecto a los beneficios que se les brindan. Los resultados del trabajo adelantado pretenden hacer una aproximación a las Condiciones de Vida y Bienestar Social de los Adultos Mayores en el Centro Vida Años Maravillosos de Bucaramanga, a fin de develar las opiniones, sentimientos, emociones sobre los servicios y beneficios que reciben por estar adscritos a los programas que allí se adelantan.
dc.description.abstractenglishEvery day they are more the individuals who come to the oldness, turning this into an increasing trend that has taken the different governments and especially to the Colombian to the design and implementation of programs inside the System of Social Protection to attend to the challenges that this dynamics has implicit. This article realizes of an investigation on the perceptions that have the Major Adults of the Center Vida Años Maravillosos of Bucaramanga's city on the Living conditions (Health, Recreation, and Supply) and Social Well-being that they show for being linked to the Program of Social Protection that promotes the Mayoralty of the Municipality. For this, a qualitative investigation was realized by approach phenomenological where six interviews were applied to depth by a guide semi-structured of questions to Major Adults who belong to the groups assigned to the Center Life, in order to understand his perceptions with regard to the benefits that are offered to them. The results of the anticipated work try to do an approximation to the Living conditions and Social Well-being of the Major Adults in the Center Vida Años Maravillosos of Bucaramanga, in order develop the opinions, feelings, emotions on the services and benefits that receive for being assigned to the programs that there go forward.
