dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de grado se enfoca en el desarrollo e implementación de instalación de sistemas para el ahorro y reúso del agua en unidades residenciales de los estratos 3, 4, 5 y 6 de la ciudad Bucaramanga. La gestión eficiente del agua es crucial en un contexto de creciente escasez de recursos hídricos y preocupaciones por la sostenibilidad ambiental. En este estudio, se propone un enfoque innovador no convencional para optimizar el uso del agua en el ámbito residencial. Inicialmente, se lleva a cabo una revisión exhaustiva del entorno para identificar los principales desafíos y oportunidades en la gestión del agua en unidades residenciales, así como las tecnologías existentes para el ahorro de agua, se ofrecerá un servicio de instalación para el ahorro del agua en los lavamanos, sanitarios, duchas y lavabos, mediante la instalación de llaves con boquillas que convierten el agua en modo niebla; así como también la reutilización de este recurso en las lavadoras a través de filtros purificadores a base de carbón activado. Este documento contiene estudios de mercados, técnico, administrativo y financiero, para determinar la viabilidad de la empresa, los resultados obtenidos demostraran la eficacia del sistema en la reducción significativa del consumo de agua, así como su viabilidad técnica y económica en un entorno residencial. En conclusión, este estudio presenta una contribución significativa del ahorro de agua, en unidades residenciales, con enfoque innovador y efectivo para mejorar la gestión del recurso hídrico, promover la sostenibilidad en el sector residencial de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, que contribuye a la reducción del consumo de agua y se minimice el valor de factura del servicio de agua.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis degree work focuses on the development and implementation of installation of systems for saving and reusing water in residential units in strata 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the city of Bucaramanga. Efficient water management is crucial in a context of increasing scarcity of water resources and concerns about environmental sustainability. In this study, an innovative unconventional approach is proposed to optimize water use in the residential environment. Initially, a comprehensive review of the environment is carried out to identify the main challenges and opportunities in water management in residential units, as well as existing technologies for saving water, an installation service will be offered for saving water in sinks, toilets, showers and sinks, by installing faucets with nozzles that convert the water into fog mode; as well as the reuse of this resource in washing machines through purifying filters based on activated carbon. This document contains market, technical, administrative and financial studies to determine the viability of the company. The results obtained will demonstrate the effectiveness of the system in significantly reducing water consumption, as well as its technical and economic viability in a residential environment. In conclusion, this study presents a significant contribution of water savings, in residential units, with an innovative and effective approach to improve water resource management, promote sustainability in the residential sector of the city of Bucaramanga, which contributes to the reduction of water consumption and the value of the water service bill is minimized.
