dc.description.abstractLa educación cumple un papel estratégico en el crecimiento y desarrollo económico-social de los países, dado que aporta al progreso de cada una de las personas y de las sociedades en conjunto. Por tal motivo, es necesario tener una infraestructura adecuada para contribuir con educación de calidad. El gobierno nacional y municipal de Bucaramanga, a través del plan nacional de infraestructura educativa y la secretaría de educación municipal, han puesto en marcha la ejecución de seis proyectos para mejorar la infraestructura para la implementación de la jornada única. La I.E. NORMAL SUPERIOR es una de estas instituciones beneficiadas con una inversión de aproximadamente DIEZ MIL TRESCIENTOS SETENTA MILLONES DE PESOS (10.370.000.000 COP). El presente trabajo describe el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial como auxiliar de ingeniería en la empresa OTACC S.A. en la ejecución de la obra I.E. NORMAL SUPERIOR, apoyando el seguimiento, medición de la ejecución de obra; control de calidad de los materiales y procesos constructivos durante la fase dos, la cual comprende la construcción de los espacios educativos, además de la elaboración de los informes periódicos que contribuyan al control de obra realizando actas mensuales, cortes de obra para realizar los pagos a los subcontratistas, informes con la trazabilidad de los certificados de calidad de los materiales utilizados. *
dc.description.abstractenglishEducation plays a strategic role in the economic and social growth and development of countries, given that it contributes to the progress of each person and society as a whole. For this reason, it is necessary to have an adequate infrastructure to contribute with quality education. The national and municipal government of Bucaramanga, through the national educational infrastructure plan and the municipal education secretariat, have started the implementation of six projects to improve the infrastructure for the implementation of the single day. The I.E. NORMAL SUPERIOR is one of these institutions benefited with an investment of approximately TEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY MILLION PESOS (10,370,000,000 COP). The present work describes the development of the business practice as an engineering assistant in the company OTACC S.A. in the execution of the work I.E. NORMAL SUPERIOR, supporting the follow-up, measurement of the work execution; quality control of materials and construction processes during phase two, which includes the construction of educational spaces, in addition to the preparation of periodic reports that contribute to the control of work by making monthly records, work cuts to make payments to the subcontractors, reports with the traceability of the quality certificates of the materials used. *
