dc.description.abstractEsta investigación aborda el problema que suscita la moral y las costumbres. Dentro del canon filosófico el problema de la moral es un ingrediente que comúnmente se ve expuesto en la academia. Las múltiples consideraciones al respecto que fluctúan en el tiempo hacen que la comprensión que tengamos al respecto sea muy general y aceptada mancomunadamente en sociedad, las distintas religiones y posturas filosóficas hacen de este asunto un problema fascinante que a su vez nos concierne a todos como sujetos activos dentro de un ethos. es por eso la importancia de analizar desde cualquier punto de vista el problema que corresponde al génesis de la moral. En definitiva, este proyecto corresponde a la perspectiva que hace Nietzsche con respecto a nuestra moral y su verdadero proceder. La tesis central de esta investigación nace principalmente desde el pathos de la distancia, este concepto da cuenta de un sentimiento que es expresado por la clase aristocrática al reconocerse superior entre los demás. esta jerarquización suena escandalosa sobre todo por la connotación política de nuestra actualidad, sin embargo, debemos asegurarle al lector que no se pretende en este proyecto hacer apología a ninguna perspectiva que se pueda derivar por las características de este asunto. como también debemos asegurar que tampoco fue la pretensión de Nietzsche el considerar si este comportamiento era el correcto o no. Calicles en el Gorgias establece que las leyes fueron creadas por los débiles con el objetivo de amedrentar a los más fuertes; esta tesis me hace afirmar que la ley en un determinado caso ha hecho que el pathos de la distancia se mengüe y se reduzca su brecha. Esta es la conclusión y el objetivo central de la tesis, investigar de qué forma la ley también influyó bajo una perspectiva nietzscheana el decaimiento de los instintos naturales.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research addresses the problem that morality and customs raise. Within the philosophical canon, the problem of morality is an ingredient that is commonly seen exposed in the academy. The multiple considerations on this subject that fluctuate over time make the understanding that we have on this subject very general and accepted jointly in society, the different religions and philosophical positions make this matter a fascinating problem that in turn concerns us all as active subjects within an ethos. That is why it is important to analyze from any point of view the problem that corresponds to the genesis of morality. Ultimately, this project corresponds to the perspective that Nietzsche makes with respect to our morality and its true conduct. The central thesis of this research is born mainly from the pathos of distance, this concept accounts for a feeling that is expressed by the aristocratic class when recognizing itself as superior among others. In the Gorgias, Callicles establishes that the laws were created by the weak with the objective of intimidating the strongest; this thesis makes me affirm that the law in a certain case has made the pathos of distance diminish and its gap reduce. This is the conclusion and the central objective of the thesis: to investigate how the law also influenced the decline of natural instincts from a Nietzschean perspective.
