dc.description.abstractEl presente documento recopila la experiencia de práctica en Trabajo Social desarrollada en el Establecimiento Penitenciario de Mediana Seguridad y Carcelario de Bucaramanga-ERE-JP, la cual está inmersa en el área de reinserción social, con internos en etapa de prelibertad pertenecientes al proyecto productivo de metalistería "Fantaxias", llevada a cabo durante el segundo periodo de 2012. El marco referencial que describe las bases teóricas y conceptuales del proceso de intervención profesional, se orientaron en la teoría de Redes Sociales de apoyo, haciendo referencia a la familia, individuos e instituciones como soporte durante el paso por el establecimiento, complementándose con la teoría de resiliencia necesaria para superar dificultades y enfrentar positivamente el estar privado de la libertad fomentando un ambiente de esperanza, fortaleza, autoayuda y resistencia y el enfoque de Derechos Humanos, fundamentando el proceso en cuanto al fortalecimiento de vínculos familiares deteriorados durante el tratamiento penitenciario y las dinámicas alteradas con la privación de la libertad a nivel individual, grupal y familiar. Dicha intervención se realizó en tres niveles: nivel individual, nivel grupal y acercamiento familiar a través de estrategias pedagógicas y socioeducativas que permitieron el acompañamiento, seguimiento y apoyo de la familia con el interno y así mismo el fortalecimiento de los vínculos como núcleo familiar y red de apoyo en una adecuada inserción social. A través de la planeación por objetivos se dio cumplimiento al ejercicio en mención. Finalmente, se presenta la propuesta de intervención, que busca la creación de un canal natural de comunicación "construyendo libertad" como refuerzo y estrategia de fortalecimiento y restablecimiento de vínculos familiares, deteriorados durante el tratamiento penitenciario.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document compiles the experience on Social Work, developed at the Penal Institution of average Security and Prison Institution of Bucaramanga-ERE-JP, it is immersed in the área of social rehabilitation, with inmates in pre-liberty stage and they are belonging to the productive project of metalwork "Fantaxias", during the second semester of 2012. The referential frame describes the theoretical and conceptual bases of the process of professional intervention, it was orientated in the theory of Social Networks of support, referring to the family, individuals and institutions as support during the step along the establishment, complementing itself with the theory of resiliencia necessary to overcome difficulties and to face positively to be deprived of the freedom promoting an environment of hope, strength, self-help and resistance and the approach of Human rights, basing the process as for the strengthening of familiar links spoilt during the penitentiary treatment and the dynamics altered with the privation of the freedom in three levels: individual, group and familiar. The above mentioned intervention was realized in three levels: individual, group and familiar level approximation across pedagogic strategies and educational partner that allowed the accompaniment, follow-up and support of the family with the boarder and likewise the strengthening of the links as familiar core and network of support in a suitable social insertion. Across the planning for aims gives it fulfillment to the exercise in mention. Finally, it presents the proposed intervention, which looks for the creation of a natural channel of communication "Constructing freedom" as reinforcement and strategy of strengthening and reestablishment of familiar links, during the penitentiary treatment.
