| dc.description.abstract | La Universidad Industrial de Santander como institución formadora a través de la escuela de ingeniería mecánica, propone un sistema de capacitación basado en competencias laborales en el área del control numérico computarizado (CNC), específicamente en el centro de mecanizado LEADWELL V-20. El objetivo del sistema de capacitación es potencializar el recurso disponible que hace parte de la universidad, para brindar soporte formativo hacia la institución y la región, dado que existe la necesidad de disponer de personas con conocimientos, habilidades y destrezas que respondan al aumento competitivo y productivo en los entornos globalizados en los que la empresa se mueve. El sistema de capacitación se desarrolla aplicando la metodología del análisis funcional, cuyos principios están enfocados a obtener en la persona resultados concretos y precisos. El diseño curricular conformado por actividades de formación, unidades de aprendizaje y módulos de formación, es el encargado de contener y soportar el sistema de capacitación; puesto que define las técnicas, las estrategias y las evidencias de aprendizaje; las técnicas, los instrumentos, los criterios de evaluación, así como los recursos y la duración de las actividades de aprendizaje asociadas a los módulos que permiten alcanzar la formación de manera más segura y eficiente. Los instrumentos de enseñanza-aprendizaje y evaluación, desarrollados en la aplicación de la metodología hacia el centro de mecanizado, están constituidos por: Documentos PDF, Material Audio-Visual y Animaciones, que facilitan la compresión de los conocimientos en el estudiante y dan flexibilidad al formador para transmitir y evaluar los conceptos en el área de estudio. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The Industrial University of Santander as training institution through the engineering mechanical school, proposes a system of qualification based on labor competitions in the area of the computerized numerical control (CNC), specifically in center of mechanized LEADWELL V-20. The objective of the qualification system is to potencializar the resource available that is part of the university, to offer to formative support towards the institution and the region, since the necessity exists to have people with knowledge, abilities and skills which they respond to the competitive increase and productive in the globalizations surroundings in which the company moves. The qualification system is developed applying the methodology of the functional analysis, whose principles are focused to obtain in the person concrete and precise results. The curricular design conformed by activities of formation, units of learning and modules of formation, is the one in charge to contain and to support the qualification system; since it defines the techniques, the strategies and the evidences of learning; the techniques, the instruments, the criteria of evaluation, as well as the resources and the duration of the activities of learning associated to the modules that allow to reach the formation of safer and efficient way. The instruments of education-learning and evaluation, developed in the application of the methodology towards the mechanized center of, are constituted by: Documents Pdf, Audio-visual Material and Animations, that facilitate the compression of the knowledge in the student and give flexibility the training one to transmit and to evaluate the concepts in the study area. | |
