dc.description.abstractEsta pasantía se ha planteado como objetivo conocer los factores que han afectado la organización comunitaria en la microcuenca Las Cruces del municipio de San Vicente de Chucurí, a través del análisis de una iniciativa de turismo comunitario, con el fin de aportar al desarrollo del proyecto de investigación Reconciliar la biodiversidad y la producción agrícola en los sistemas de cultivos agroforestales en los Andes colombianos: Un modelo para la era del post conflicto en Colombia. El caso estudiado fue gestado por líderes comunitarios y campesinos agricultores, dueños de sus tierras, en vista de la necesidad de mejorar sus condiciones de vida. Se trató de un proyecto que fracasó por distintas razones. Para conocer lo ocurrido, se ha empleado una aproximación cualitativa basada en la entrevista estructurada. El guión de entrevistas se diseñó teniendo en cuenta las actuales tendencias en la literatura sobre organización comunitaria y, en particular, sobre turismo comunitario. Para obtener la información se entrevistaron 6 personas. La información fue transcrita y sometida a análisis de contenido. Los resultados indican que el fracaso de la iniciativa pudo darse debido a un conjunto de factores como la falta de una estructura organizativa, la falta de apoyo económico y técnico, sumada a la desconfianza entre la comunidad hacia algunos líderes, además de la carencia de capital humano, el cual incidió negativamente sobre otros factores como el liderazgo, confianza social, estrategias de marketing y también, en la adaptabilidad a las exigencias del mercado. Se destacó relación positiva entre la titularidad de la tierra, apropiación social e identidad colectiva o la cooperación. *
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this internship is to learn about the factors that have affected community organization in the Las Cruces micro-watershed in the municipality of San Vicente de Chucurí, through the analysis of a community tourism initiative, in order to contribute to the development of the research project Reconcile biodiversity and agricultural production in agroforestry cropping systems in the Colombian Andes: A model for the post-conflict era in Colombia. The case study was developed by community leaders and peasant farmers, owners of their land, in view of the need to improve their living conditions. It was a project that failed for various reasons. To find out what happened, a qualitative approach based on the structured interview has been used. The interview script was designed taking into account current trends in the literature on community organization and, in particular, community tourism. Six people were interviewed to obtain the information. The information was transcribed and subjected to content analysis. The results indicate that the failure of the initiative could have been due to a set of factors such as the lack of an organizational structure, the lack of economic and technical support, added to the distrust between the community and some leaders, in addition to the lack of human capital, which negatively affected other factors such as leadership, social trust, marketing strategies and also, adaptability to market demands. The positive relationship between land ownership, social appropriation and collective identity and cooperation was highlighted.
