dc.description.abstractLa Oficina de Planeación de la Universidad Industrial de Santander UIS, tiene como una de sus principales funciones planificar y controlar los proyectos de construcción y remodelación de la planta física de la universidad garantizando que exista la infraestructura adecuada para la educación y la recreación de la comunidad universitaria y así propender por el desarrollo integral, el mejoramiento de la salud y la calidad de vida. El texto del trabajo se encuentra dividido en cuatro partes: un primer capítulo llamado Marco General de Referencia. En este capítulo se menciona la Oficina de Planeación, y las funciones y obligaciones que debe seguir en su labor de supervisor. En el segundo capítulo; Informe de práctica empresarial, se procede a realizar un inventario de las actividades realizadas por el estudiante en su sitio de labor, en este caso la oficina de Planeación de la UIS. En el tercer capítulo; Manual Guía de Manejo Ambiental, se expresan los lineamientos de acción de carácter conceptual, metodológico y procedimental para fortalecer los procesos de planificación, manejo y control ambiental en las obras que se desarrollan dentro de la UIS. dc.description.abstractenglishThe Planning Office at the Industrial University of Santander UIS. Has key functions such us planning and supervising projects of construction and remodeling of the universitary facilities to ensure the existence of and adequate infrastructure for education and recreation of the universitary community and to prompt an integral enhanced health and quality of life. The work text is divided in four parts. Chapter one called General Frame of Reference, mentions the Planning Offices functions and obligations that should be fallowed in it's role as supervisor. Chapter two; This chapter states what the Formless Business Practices should be, how to procede to reform an inventory of the activities carried out by the student at their job place, which is the planning office UIS.
