dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de grado, hace referencia a la factibilidad de crear una empresa que produzca un alimento ya existente en el mercado pero que gracias a su ingrediente innovador que son las verduras supla la necesidad de aportar en los hogares del municipio de Bucaramanga una alimentación balanceada y genere en las familias buenos hábitos alimenticios para la prevención de enfermedades. Esta investigación, inicia con las generalidades basadas en el ante proyecto y de apoyo para el desenlace de los siguientes estudios: Mercados, estudio que describe el producto, desarrolla una investigación a través de la encuesta para establecer la demanda, oferta, el canal de comercialización y la implementación de la imagen de la empresa a través de su razón social y logotipo respectivo. El estudio técnico que determina el tamaño del proyecto; estudio administrativo que estructura la organización de la empresa; estudio financiero que cuantifica la inversión necesaria para ejecutar el proyecto en el mercado e identifica ingresos y egresos del comportamiento de la empresa proyectados a 5 años y finalmente la evaluación del proyecto que referencia el posible impacto ambiental, social y económico que puede presentar la empresa. Se observa que la inversión total del proyecto es de $94.725.177, donde el 58% serán aportes de los socios y lo restante con un crédito financiero. El VPN es de $139.909.390, la TIR es de 55% y la inversión se recuperara en 2 años, 3 meses. Concluyendo así, la factibilidad de producir pancakes a base de verduras en el municipio de Bucaramanga.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis paper grade refers to the feasibility of creating a company that produces a food already in the market but thanks to its innovative ingredient that is vegetables supply the need of bringing in households in the municipality of Bucaramanga a balanced diet and build on families eating habits to prevent diseases. This research begins with an overview based on the preliminary project and support for the outcome of the following studies: Markets, study describing the product, developed through a research survey to establish the demand, supply, marketing channel and implementation of the company's image through its respective name and logo. The technical study that determines the size of the project; management study that structure the organization of the company, financial study that quantifies the investment required to implement the project and identifies market revenues and expenditures projected firm behavior to 5 years and finally evaluation of the project that references the possible environmental, social and economic impact which may present the company. It is noted that the total investment of the project is $ $94.725.177, which will contribute 58% of the partners and the remainder with a credit. The VPN is $139.909.390, the IRR is 55% and investment will be recovered in two years, three months. Thus concluding the feasibility of producing pancakes vegetables based in the city of Bucaramanga.
