| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto tiene como objetivo la factibilidad en la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de bolsos tejidos a mano en croché y macramé en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, que pretende fomentar el trabajo organizado de las personas que poseen capacidad en tejer bajo técnicas de croché y macramé como resultado de un producto netamente artesanal y de gran aceptación en le mercado. El presente trabajo reúne los estudios necesarios para cumplir los objetivos a saber: Estudio de mercados: se establece la población objeto de estudio y análisis de resultados de la propuesta. Estudio técnico. Presenta infraestructura técnica y logística para el funcionamiento de la agencia. Estudio Administrativo y Legal: describe la forma de constitución legal de la empresa, su estructura organizacional y recurso humano necesario, para lograr el normal funcionamiento de la empresa. Estudio financiero: identifica el costo de la inversión inicial, la proyección a cinco años y la rentabilidad que genera. De esta manera, una vez implementado el presente proyecto, se espera contar con una empresa que genere empleo, los resultados económicos esperados por sus dueños y a la vez se contribuya a mejorar y aportar a las condiciones sociales y ambientales de la comunidad. 1. | dc.description.abstractenglish | This project has as objective the feasibility in the creation of a company producer and comercializadora of handbags knitted by hand in croché and macramé in the city of Bucaramanga that seeks to foment the organized work of people that you/they possess capacity in knitting technical first floor of croché and macramé highly as a result of a product handmade and of great acceptance in him market. The present work gathers the necessary studies to complete the objectives that is: I study of markets: he/she settles down the population study object and analysis of results of the proposal. I study technician. It presents technical infrastructure and logistics for the operation of the agency. I study Administrative and Legal: it describes the form of legal constitution of the company, their organizational structure and necessary human resource, to achieve the normal operation of the company. I study financial: it identifies the cost of the initial investment, the projection to five years and the profitability that generates.
