dc.description.abstractSe planteó y desarrolló este proyecto con el fin de crear una empresa que fabrique y comercialice bolsos en fibra de yute bordados a mano, permitiendo atraer a la clientela femenina quienes adquirirán un producto innovador, basado en las ultimas tendencias de la moda que siguen la línea de lo natural. De esta manera, esta empresa logrará satisfacer las necesidades en cuanto a accesorios del vestuario femenino se trata. Para la ejecución de este proyecto se llevaron a cabo los siguientes pasos: Mediante un estudio de mercados se determinó la viabilidad de crear la empresa, estableciendo la demanda, la oferta, los canales de comercialización y el precio que llevarán los productos para su venta; se comprobó mediante el estudio técnico la ubicación y distribución de la planta física, la capacidad con la que podrá contar la empresa para su posible puesta en marcha. Realizado el estudio administrativo y legal, se contempló la constitución de la empresa, su visión, misión, objetivos, políticas, su estructura organizacional y manual de funciones; con el estudio financiero se determinaron los recursos necesarios para la posible puesta en marcha de este proyecto que requiere una inversión de treinta millones de pesos ($30.000.000), comprendido en capital de trabajo, activos nominales y activos fijos. Finalmente mediante una evaluación se determina el impacto que tendrá la empresa desde la óptica ambiental y se realiza un análisis financiero calculando el Valor Presente Neto (VPN) y la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project was presented and explained in order to create an enterprise that manufactures and trades fiber yute handbags hand embroidery, letting to attract women customers, who will obtain a new product based on the last fashion tendences that follow the nature line. In this way, this enterprise will gain to satisfy the needs as for women wardrobe accessories. The main steps for this feasibility project were: Through a market study, it was resolved the feasibility of creating the enterprise, founding the offer and the demand estimation, the trading canals and the price that will keep the products for its sale; trough the technical study, it was resolved the location, layout and capacity of the main facilities. Made the administrative and legal study, looked at the enterprise making, your sight, mission, objectives, policies, organization structure and duty manual; and finally the financial study decided the necessary resources for the possible running of this project, that requires an investment of thirty million pesos ($30.000.000); including work capital, nominal assets, and fixed assets.
