dc.description.abstractUn sistema de gestión se utiliza como herramienta fundamental para lograr que elcliente reconozca competencia técnica e idoneidad en las pruebas que realiza un laboratorio.Acerías de Caldas tiene como política institucional identificar y satisfacer las necesidades de losclientes manteniendo excelentes relaciones comerciales, cumpliendo permanentemente con lasnormas, y regulaciones gubernamentales, promoviendo mecanismos para fortalecer un ambientede trabajo favorable y mantener la permanencia de nuestros proveedores mediante una adecuadarelación costo-beneficio entre ambas partes; con el propósito de garantizar que los resultados queemite son confiables. Inicialmente se realizó un diagnóstico, el cual se tomó como base para desarrollar el siguiente pasoel cual incluye el diseño y documentación del sistema; una vez terminada la documentación serealizó la una revisión a través de una lista de chequeo, con el fin de evaluar la conformidad. Ladocumentación del sistema de calidad del laboratorio cuenta con una estructura documentalconformada por un manual de calidad, en el cual se encuentra la descripción del sistema, unmanual de procedimientos en los cuales se describe quien, cómo, cuando, donde y por quéefectuar las actividades. También incluyen listados, formatos y normas los cuales garantizan uncumplimiento de requisitos del cien por ciento; sin embargo este sistema debe evolucionar segúnlos cambios en la organización. La implementación del sistema de calidad depende del compromiso de la alta dirección con esteproceso, ya que deben realizarse revisiones del sistema de manera periódica y sistemática,verificando así la eficacia del sistema, con el fin de lograr su objetivo final el cual consiste en lograrla acreditación del laboratorio por la Superintendencia de Industrial y Comercio.
dc.description.abstractenglishA system of management is used like tool fundamental to obtain that the clientrecognizes technical competition and suitability in the tests that a laboratory makes. Acerias ofCaldas S.A., has like institutional policy to identify and to satisfy the necessities with the clientsbeing maintained excellent commercial relations, permanently fulfilling the norms, andgovernmental regulations, promoting mechanisms to fortify a favorable atmosphere work and tomaintain the permanence of our suppliers by means of a suitable relation cost-l benefit for bothparts, with the purpose of guaranteeing that the results that it emits they are reliable. Initially a diagnosis was made, which was taken as a bases to develop the following step whichincluded the design and documentation of the system; once the documentation was finished it wascarried out the revision through a checkup list, with the purpose of evaluating the conformity. Thedocumentation of the quality system of the laboratory has a documentary structure conformed by amanual of quality, which includes the description of the system, a manual of procedures in which itis describes the who, how, when, where and why to carry out the activities. It also includesinstructive, formats, and norms which guarantee a fulfillment of requirements up to one hundredpercent; nevertheless, this system must evolve according to the changes in the organization. The full application of the quality system depends on the commitment of the high direction with thisprocess, since periodic and systematic revisions of the system of must be made, verifying thereforethe effectiveness of the system, with the purpose of achieving its final mission which is that ofobtaining the approval of the laboratory by the Industry and Commerce Supervision authority.
