dc.description.abstractEste trabajo está encaminado a la creación de un centro de mantenimiento preventivo para vehículos en la ciudad de Barrancabermeja, donde se presten de forma integral todos los servicios que se requieren en un mismo lugar dentro de los cuales se encuentran el de alineamiento, balanceo, lubricación, frenos, aire acondicionado y mecánica con el fin de que el propietario pueda alcanzar este servicio de forma integral. Para avanzar en este proyecto, se realiza un estudio de carácter descriptivo, con el cual se obtiene información necesaria para esclarecer la necesidad en materia de mantenimiento del parque automotor de la ciudad, utilizando el método deductivo, es decir se parte de situaciones encontradas para llegar al particular en cada servicio, donde se pudo establecer que el 80% de encuestados está interesado en tomar el servicio en este centro y que dentro los oferentes del servicio se presentan limitaciones en cuanto a la cantidad de servicios ofrecidos. Se realizan de forma posterior a la investigación de mercados, el estudio técnico, permitiendo conocer los recursos físicos e infraestructura requerida y proveedores los cuales son asequibles para la puesta en marcha del centro, administrativamente, se establece la empresa como sociedad limitada; financieramente el proyecto requiere una inversión de $234.001.436, que la recupera en el tercer año, genera un VPN de $183.215.183, una TIR de 38.16%, mostrando que es viable, no genera impacto ambiental negativo, contribuye a una mejor economía empresarial y laboral por la generación de nuevos empleos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work is directed to the creation of a center of preventive maintenance for vehicles in Barrancabermeja's city, where to be give of integral form all the services that are needed in the same place inside which they find that of alignment, balancing, lubrication, brakes, air conditioning and mechanics in order which the owner could reach this service of integral form. To advance in this project, there is realized a study of descriptive character, with which necessary information is obtained to clarify the need as for maintenance of the self-propelled park of the city, using the deductive method, that is to say it splits of situations found to come to the particular knowledge in every service, where it was possible to know that 80 % of polled is interested in taking the service in this center and that inside the offerers of the service appear limitations as for the quantity of offered services. They are realized of form later to the investigation of markets, the technical study, allowing to know the physical resources and needed infrastructure and suppliers which are attainable for the putting in march of the center, administratively, the company is established as limited company; financially the project needs an investment of 234.001.436 $, that recovers her in the third year, generates a VPN of 183.215.183 $, one TIR of 38.16 %, showing that it is viable, does not generate environmental negative impact, contributes to a better managerial and labor economy for the generation of new employments.
