dc.description.abstractEste proyecto manifiesta la problemática que existe en la mayoría de las aulas de clase en donde solo se presenta la metodología tradicional. Sin llegar a desmeritarla ya que es esencial para afianzar el conocimiento del estudiante, es una forma de aprendizaje que para muchos es monótona y por lo tanto el estudiante le manifiesta bajo interés. Por esto se busca implementar una nueva forma de enseñanza en la asignatura salud ocupacional, en donde no solo el estudiante se encuentre activo a la hora de estar en el aula de clase sino que también muestre interés por la asignatura fuera del salón y se incline por practicarla en su vida laboral, ya que presenta gran demanda en el mercado. Se quiso implementar esta nueva metodología en la asignatura salud ocupacional, debido a su importancia en la carrera de ingeniería industrial, puesto que es un área de gran valor en cualquier empresa ya sea de servicio o manufactura. En este proyecto se muestran las actividades lúdicas que se realizaron en el segundo semestre del año 2016 en la asignatura salud ocupacional de la Escuela de Estudios Industriales y Empresariales de la Universidad Industrial de Santander con sus respectivos resultados, esto a favor de que se sigan realizando en los semestres posteriores debido a su buena aceptación.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project manifests the problem that exists in most classrooms where only the traditional methodology is presented. Without demeaning it as it is essential to strengthen the student's knowledge, it is a form of learning that for many is monotonous and therefore the student shows low interest. So this project seeks to implement a new form of teaching in occupational health, where not only can have active students in the classroom but also they show interest in the subject outside of class and tend to practice it in their working life, because of this subject has high market demand. It decided to implement this new methodology in the subject occupational health, due to its importance in the industrial engineering career, also it is an area of great value in any company, whether from service or manufacturing. In this project are shown recreational activities that were carried out in the second semester of 2016 in the subject occupational health at the Industrial and Business Studies School of the Industrial University of Santander with their respective results, with the purpose to continuing to carry out it in the subsequent semesters due to its good acceptance.
