dc.description.abstract	La concepción aristotélica ha generado una base significativa para el desarrollo político de occidente, tal es el caso de las nociones asociadas al concepto de justicia, mediante aspectos básicos ligados a la dimensión particular, distributiva y proporcional, las cuales determinan desde la limitación de libertades un sentido de seguridad y bienestar para la sociedad. Desde el contractualismo, se busca entender de mejor forma los alcances teóricos generados por Rawls, expuestos en su “Justicia como equidad”, la cual ofrece bases unidas a la proyección de un acuerdo para una sociedad justa. Así las cosas, el objetivo del presente proyecto se enfoca en identificar los aportes de la justicia propuesta por Aristóteles, a los postulados de Rawls, para ello es necesario señalar los aspectos más importantes que caracterizan, además de identificar las fuentes usadas por Rawls, mediante una investigación bibliográfica, con enfoque analítico en las obras de los autores mencionados. Mediante los resultados del trabajo, se busca observar qué aspectos son complementarios entre dos teorías que a simple viste resultan incompatibles teniendo en cuenta el contexto histórico en el que fueron creadas pero que a la luz del contractualismo resultan bastante a fines y tienen un papel protagónico en los modelos de justicia vigentes.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Aristotelian conception has generated a significant basis for the political development of the West, such is the case of the notions associated with the concept of justice, through basic aspects linked to the particular, distributive and proportional dimension, which determine from the limitation of freedoms a sense of security and well-being for society. From contractualism, we seek to better understand the theoretical scope generated by Rawls, exposed in his "Justice as equity", which offers bases linked to the projection of an agreement for a just society. Thus, the objective of this project focuses on identifying the contributions of justice proposed by Aristotle, to the postulates of Rawls, for this it is necessary to point out the most important aspects that characterize, in addition to identifying the sources used by Rawls, through a bibliographic research, with an analytical focus on the works of the aforementioned authors. Through the results of the work, it is sought to observe which aspects are complementary between two theories that are simply incompatible taking into account the historical context in which they were created but that in the light of contractualism are quite purposeful and have a leading role in the current models of justice.
