dc.description.abstractEn la ejecución de la práctica empresarial se abarcaron actividades de revisión documental para proyectos de pre-inversión e inversión, estructuración de estudios previos y acompañamiento en las fases de contratación de cada proceso de Licitación Pública donde se verifico aspectos legales, técnicos, financieros y normativos en cada documento que hacen parte en las etapas de formulación, viabilidad y ejecución en base a la Ley 80 de 1993 y la Resolución 0661 de 2019. De manera paralela se estructuro varios aplicativos con el objeto de fortalecer la evaluación de requisitos habilitantes y de los que otorgan puntaje en virtud de la correcta interpretación de las metodologías dadas en guías y manuales por la Agencia Nacional de Compra Publica – CCE con lo que se dio mayor transparencia en los procesos de selección reflejándose en una selección objetiva del proponente. Mediante el software Excel se dio una nueva visión a las fases de ejecución y seguimiento dadas por la Guía de los fundamentos para la dirección de proyectos PMBOOK donde se consiguió aportar una base de datos respecto a los procesos registrados por la oficina de contratación en el SECOP I generándose asi tablas dinámicas, gráficas dinámicas y mapas coropléticos para dar una mejor representación y consolidación de los datos.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the execution of the business practice, document review activities were covered for pre-investment and investment projects, structuring of previous studies and support in the contracting phases of each Public Bidding process where legal, technical, financial, and regulatory aspects were verified. in each document that are part of the formulation, feasibility and execution stages based on Law 80 of 1993 and Resolution 0661 of 2019. In parallel, several applications were structured to strengthen the evaluation of qualifying requirements and that award points by virtue of the correct interpretation of the methodologies given in guides and manuals by the National Public Procurement Agency - CCE, which gave greater transparency in the selection processes, reflecting in an objective selection of the bidder. Through the Excel software, a new vision was given to the execution and monitoring phases given by the Guide to the fundamentals for project management PMBOOK, where it was possible to provide a database regarding the processes registered by the contracting office in the SECOP I thus generating dynamic tables, dynamic graphs and choropleth maps to give a better representation and consolidation of the data.
