dc.description.abstractEl trabajo de grado está basado en el diseño de un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo en Giovautos Servicio Automotriz, empresa dedicada a la reparación de vehículos y embellecimiento automotriz., utilizando la norma ISO 45001, con el fin de minimizar los riesgos a los que se exponen día a día los empleados, para que se sientan seguros en sus lugares de trabajo buscando el equilibrio físico, mental y social de ellos y aumentar la productividad en la empresa. Lo primero que se realizó fue una evaluación inicial con el fin de tener un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa frente a los requisitos exigidos por la norma ISO 45001, y se revisó el cumplimiento de las normas legales colombianas vigentes, además de evidenciar los peligros que tiene cada puesto de trabajo en su operación diaria. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, el propósito general es realizar de la mejor forma el diseño del SG-SST, e identificar la documentación y reglamentación necesaria, para que esta a su vez sirva en el futuro al momento de la implementación en la empresa, dando cumplimiento a la normatividad colombiana, y dejando siempre las recomendaciones oportunas para que la empresa genere mejoras continuas al sistema. *
dc.description.abstractenglishThe degree work is based on the design of a management system in occupational safety and health in the company Giovautos Automotive Service, dedicated to the repair of vehicles and automotive beautification., Using the ISO 45001 standard, in order to minimize the risks to which employees are exposed every day, that in their workplaces they feel safe looking for the physical, mental and social balance of these and increase productivity in the company. The first thing that was carried out was an initial evaluation in order to have a diagnosis of the current situation of the company against the requirements demanded by the ISO 45001 standard, and another diagnosis to know the compliance with the Colombian legal regulations in force, in addition to show the dangers that each job has in its daily operation. Taking into account the above, the general purpose is to perform the design of the SG-OSH in the best possible way, and to identify the necessary documentation and regulations, so that this in turn will serve in the future at the time of implementation in the company, giving compliance with Colombian regulations, and always leaving the appropriate recommendations so that the company generates continuous improvements to the system. *
