dc.description.abstractLa universidad, a través de la proyección social busca la aplicación del conocimiento adquirido en contextos reales para contribuir con el desarrollo económico, productivo y competitivo de la sociedad. A medida que el emprendedor toma la decisión de crear la Spin-Off universitaria necesitará de actores que le brindarán los recursos necesarios durante el proceso de creación de la Spin Off universitaria. Por esta razón, se plantea el presente estudio, para identificar los actores que inciden en el proceso de creación de una Spin-Off universitaria y cómo las interacciones entre ellos se pueden traducir en la configuración de redes de trabajo colaborativo que permita el intercambio de habilidades y saberes con el fin de contribuir a superar cada uno de los aspectos críticos o barreras que se presentan en el proceso. En primer lugar, a través de una revisión de literatura científica se identifican once (11) actores que participan e inciden en el proceso de creación de estas nuevas firmas, asumiendo diferentes roles. Posteriormente, se presenta el proceso de creación de Spin-Off universitaria, conformado por cinco (5) fases cada una con una serie de actividades específicas. Estas fases se toman como referencia para identificar y caracterizar aquellas potenciales redes de trabajo colaborativo que tienen una participación estratégica en dicho proceso. Seguido, se propone una metodología que permite realizar una configuración de red en función de las necesidades reales de la nueva empresa. Finalmente, se proponen cinco (5) redes de trabajo colaborativo, validadas por expertos en transferencia de tecnología, que propenden por la obtención de recursos y la generación de capacidades que soporten y permitan superar las barreras
dc.description.abstractenglishThe university, through the social projection seeks the application of knowledge in real contexts to contribute to the economic, productive and competitive development of society. As the entrepreneur takes the decision to create the University Spin-Off, he will need actors who will provide him with the necessary resources during the process of creating the University Spin Off. For this reason, the present study is proposed, to identify the actors whom influence the creating process of a university Spin-Off and how the interactions between them can be translated into the configuration of collaborative work networks that allow the skills and knowledge exchange to contribute to overcome each one of the critical aspects or barriers that arise in this process. First, through a review of scientific literature, eleven (11) actors who participate and influence the process of creating these new firms are identified, assuming different roles. Subsequently, the process of creating University Spin-Off is presented, consisting of five (5) phases each one with specific activities. These phases are taken as a reference to identify and characterize those potential collaborative work networks whom have a strategic participation in said process. Next, a methodology is proposed to make a network configuration according to the real needs of the new company. Finally, five (5) collaborative networks are proposed, validated by experts in technology transfer, which tend to obtain resources and generate capacities that
