dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de práctica social se expondrá el ejercicio llevado a cabo en la U.A.A., de la Escuela de Idiomas de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, atendiendo a la necesidad del Acuerdo 042 de 2002 del Archivo General de la Nación (AGN), de realizar los procedimientos de Gestión Documental. Con relación a esto, se tendrán en cuenta aspectos tales como la Organización del Archivo físico y la propuesta de actualización de las Tablas de Retención Documental (TRD) desde el año 2008 hasta el 2022, teniendo en cuenta que en el 2008 se realizó la elaboración de la TRD y el 2022 como último año de documentación física encontrada. Así mismo, se evidencia la charla informativa sobre la importancia de mantener la organización del Archivo de Gestión y la responsabilidad social e histórica que conlleva por parte de los funcionarios. Por último, se elaboró un artículo de reflexión en el que se relacionó la importancia de las Actas de Consejo de Escuela en la construcción de la Historia Institucional de la entidad, haciendo uso de las mismas para un ejercicio de contraste. La metodología se llevó a cabo de acuerdo a los lineamientos del AGN y la normatividad vigente, así como lo propuesto por la Universidad Industrial de Santander, por medio de la Dirección de Certificación de Gestión Documental.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this social practice work, the exercise carried out at the A.A.U., School of Languages of the Universidad Industrial de Santander will be presented, in response to the Agreement 042 of 2002 of the General National Archive (GNA), to carry out the procedures of Documentary Management. In relation to this, aspects such as the Organization of the physical Archive and the proposal to update the Documentary Retention Tables (DRT) from 2008 to 2022 will be taken into account, taking into account that the DRT was prepared in 2008 and 2022 as the last year of physical documentation found. Likewise, the informative talk on the importance of maintaining the organization of the Management Archive and the social and historical responsibility that it entails on the part of the officers is evidenced. Finally, a reflection article was elaborated in which the importance of the School Council Minutes in the construction of the Institutional History of the entity was related, making use of them for a contrasting exercise. The methodology was carried out according to the guidelines of the GNA and the regulations in force, as well as what was proposed by the Universidad Industrial de Santander, through the Direction of Document Management Certification.
