dc.description.abstractEl estudio demostró que existe en Puerto Wilches condiciones aptas para el montaje de una empresa que aproveche la abundancia de leche de esta región lo cual permite la generación de empleo e industrialización del sector lechero, promoviendo a su vez un incentivo por facilitar la recolección del producto y generando un mejoramiento en la calidad de vida. Mediante los resultados obtenidos, se estimó que la demanda del servicio del Centro de Acopio lechero en el Municipio de Puerto Wilches presenta una demanda diariamente de más de 21.000 litros y una oferta estimada de acuerdo a los 425 productores del municipio los cuales originan un promedio de 75 litros de leche al día por finca; es decir, que los 425 productores del municipio ofrecen diariamente 31875 litros de leche, de los cuales se utilizarán en un 88% para la venta de forma cruda. Para la puesta en marcha del centro de acopio requiere de una inversión total de $550.191.774 lo cual corresponde a la suma de la inversión fija del 62% , inversión diferida del 2% y capital de trabajo, y el capital de trabajo el 36%, una TIR=26%, un VPN = 262.627.195. Lo cual refleja la recuperación de la inversión en el cuarto año de vida útil del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe study demonstrated that it(he,she) exists in Port Wilches suitable conditions for the assembly(montage) of a company that takes advantage of the abundance of milk of this region which allows the generation of employment and industrialization of the dairy sector, promoting in turn an incentive for facilitating the compilation of the product and generating an improvement in the quality of life. By means of the obtained results, it thought that the demand(lawsuit) of the service of the Center of dairy Collection in the Municipality of Port Wilches sues every day for more than 21.000 liters and an offer estimated of agreement to 425 producers of the municipality which originate an average of 75 liters of milk a day for estate; it(he,she) is to say, that 425 producers of the municipality offer every day 31875 liters of milk, of which they will be in use in 88 % for the sale of raw(unripe) form. For the putting in march of the center of collection there needs of a total investment of 550.191.774 $ which corresponds(fits) to the sum of the fixed investment of 62 %, investment deferred from 2 % and the capital of work, and the capital of work 36 %, a TIR=26 %, a VPN = 262.627.195. This reflects the recovery of the investment in the fourth year of useful life of the project.
