dc.description.abstractLa gestión del conocimiento al interior de una organización es importante en la medida en que contribuye a conocer y comprender el comportamiento de ella misma y del entorno, favoreciendo la toma de decisiones. En la mayoría de los casos, estas decisiones, están basadas en información incompleta, incierta o difusa, lo que impacta directamente en mayores costos, menor calidad de los productos y por ende en un menor nivel de Confiabilidad operacional. Es por ello que muchas de las más importantes empresas del mundo utilizan cada vez más sistemas o modelos expertos, que sirven como herramienta dinámica en el tratamiento y evaluación de problemas relacionados con información con alto grado de incertidumbre. Las Redes Bayesianas, representan una herramienta que permite modelar el razonamiento y las interrelaciones bajo incertidumbre, ya que combinan estimaciones subjetivas y datos empíricos de expertos que aportan sus conceptos durante el desarrollo del modelo. El teorema de Bayes, es la base fundamental de las redes bayesianas, mediante sucesivas descomposiciones del mismo, se pueden calcular y predecir la probabilidad de un evento futuro, teniendo como insumo las probabilidades a priori o de evidencia del mismo. El planteamiento de una metodología, que binde la posibilidad de incluir los conceptos del teorema de Bayes en los análisis causa raíz de falla, en este caso aplicados a los modos de falla de los equipos de fondo de Bombeo Mecánico y Electrosumergible, es un avance representativo que permite evaluar de manera objetiva y cuantitativa los eventos sucedidos en la industria petrolera, a fin de encontrar las mejores soluciones para mitigar sucesos no deseados, disminuyendo la incertidumbre y mejorando las eficiencia, la productividad y por ende la rentabilidad de los campos de producción que funcionan con estos sistemas de levantamiento artificial, logrando una gestión integral de la información y por ende de la ingeniería del conocimiento.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe management of the knowledge to the interior of an organization is important in the measure in which it helps to know and understand the behavior of her itself and of the environment, favoring the capture of decisions In many occasions, these decisions, they are based on incomplete, uncertain or diffuse information, which affects directly major costs, minor quality of the products and a minor level of operational Reliability. It is for it that many of the most important companies of the world there use increasingly systems or expert models, who serve as dynamic tool in the treatment and evaluation of problems related to information with high degree of uncertainty. The Networks Bayesianas, they represent a tool that allows to shape the reasoning and the interrelationships under uncertainty, since they combine subjective estimations and empirical information of experts who contribute his concepts during the development of the model. Bayes's theorem, it is the fundamental base of the networks bayesianas, by means of successive decompositions of the same one, they can calculate and predict the probability of a future event, taking the probabilities as an input a priori or of evidence of the same one. The exposition of a methodology, that binde the possibility of including the concepts of Bayes's theorem in the analyses causes root of fault, in this case applied to the manners of fault of the equipments of bottom of Mechanical Pumping and Electrosumergible, is a representative advance that allows to evaluate in an objective and quantitative way the events happened in the petroleum industry, in order to find the best solutions to mitigate not wished events, diminishing the uncertainty and improving the eficiencia, the productivity, the profitability of the fields of production that work with these systems of artificial raising, achieving an integral management of the information and for ende of the engineering of the knowledge.
