| dc.description.abstract | Como bien sabemos, el sistema crítico Kantiano es un sistema de la totalidad, en donde la unidad es la simple expresión de la conmensurabilidad de lo múltiple. El todo sistemático de la filosofía es pensado y estudiado desde las facultades superiores del conocimiento, a saber, entendimiento y razón. Cada facultad abarca una parte fundamental de la filosofía: la teoría intelectiva y los actos racionales. En este trabajo se presenta una tercera facultad superior denominada facultad de juzgar reflexionante que al igual que las otras facultades superiores, consta de un principio supremo y fundamento a priori: conformidad a fin. Dicho principio alberga la funcionalidad real de esta facultad: el puente o vínculo entre la teoría y la práctica que se hallaban en las anteriores críticas de Kant distanciadas de una forma noumenal; conformidad a fin resguarda relación con las formas naturales de los objetos representadas subjetivamente, y su intención verdadera es lograr unidades empíricas superiores a modo de leyes mayores en la diversidad contingente de la exterioridad experienciable, a través de un proceso lógico inductivo para que, siendo conforme con las formas y leyes naturales, y a fin con la finalidad de las estructuras y los actos mismos, el intelecto logre por la mediación reflexiva del juzgar, la posibilidad de acceder a esa heterogeneidad e inconmensurabilidad que se le hacia de difícil adecuación por su carácter determinante y general. Esta acción la logra la facultad de juzgar desde su uso reflexionante a partir de la instauración de los juicios estéticos de reflexión: Aquello que hace pleno de captación al objeto desde su misma representación y no desde el concepto establecido, logra en los estatutos de la formalidad, gracias al placer o displacer que se ha generado en el sujeto afectado, instituirse en el plano estético a modo de reflexión de la cualidad innata que le hace ser lo que es desde su misma representación; reflexión que al ser común en todos los objetos posibles de reflexión, permite encontrar lo característico y símil en la relación entre ellos, ascendiendo de esa contingencia a un grado mayor de generalidad y a su vez de unidad empírica para que el entendimiento pueda representarse categóricamente un tanto mejor la exterioridad que se le presenta por medio de los sentidos. Esta unidad común de los objetos se logra a partir del enjuiciamiento reflexivo sobre lo bello y lo sublime de los objetos y de la comunicabilidad de ese sentir que podamos efectuar. Con la crítica del juicio y el estudio sobre la facultad de juzgar reflexionante podemos comprender la relación real de la obra tripartita Kantiana sobre el todo sistemático de la filosofía y de las legislaciones naturales, morales y reflexivas que se relacionan conjuntamente en el vínculo empírico del sujeto y el mundo | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | As we know, the critic Kantian system is a system of totality, where the unity is the simple expression of the commensurability of the multiple. The whole philosophy is systematically studied and is thought from the higher powers of knowledge, namely, understanding and the reason. Each option involves a fundamental part of philosophy: the theory of intellect and rational acts. This paper presents a third option called superior faculty, faculty to judge with reflections that in the same way with other higher faculties, consists of an overriding principle and a priori basis: conformity to finish. That principle holds true functionality of this power: the bridge or linkage between theory and practice were in the distant past criticisms of Kant in a noumenal way, according to guard relationship with the natural forms of the objects represented subjectively and its real intention is to achieve higher unit empirical of laws as a major contingent in the diversity of the exteriority experience, through a process of inductive logic to that, being in line with the ways and laws of nature, and in order for the purpose of the structures and the acts themselves, the intellect achieved by mediation reflective of the judge, the possibility of accessing this heterogeneity and incommensurability it difficult to fitness determined by its character and general. This action achieves the power to judge from its reflections in use from the introduction of the aesthetic judgments of reflection: what does capture the full object from the representation and not from the established concept, achieved in the statutes of formality, thanks to the pleasure or displaced that has been generated in the subject concerned, instituted at the aesthetic as a reflection of the innate quality that makes it be what it is from his own behalf; thought to be common in all the possible objects of reflection allows the self to find distinctive and metaphor in the relationship between them, bringing the total of such contingency to a greater degree of generality and in turn handled for empirical understanding that can be represented categorically somewhat through the senses. This common unit of the objects is achieved from prosecution and thoughtful about the sublime beauty of the objects and the communicability of that feeling that we can make. With criticism of the judge and the study on the faculty of judging with reflection we can understand the terms of the Kantian tripartite work over all systematic of philosophy and the natural laws, moral and thoughtful they relate together in the empirical link of the subject and the world | |
