dc.description.abstractEl contenido del presente trabajo tiene como finalidad mostrar los resultados de la práctica jurídico social que se llevó a cabo en el Centro de Atención Laboral, el cual es una organización sin ánimo de lucro dedicada al acompañamiento jurídico de los trabajadores y sindicales de la agroindustria de la palma de aceite en la región del Magdalena medio. La práctica tuvo como objetivos acompañar y asesorar a los trabajadores de esta región quienes buscaron ayuda jurídica por sentir que se les violentaban sus derechos laborales, así mismo realizar acciones jurídicas y constitucionales como la tutela, encaminadas a detener estas vulneraciones, también se adelantaron procesos como apoyar en la gestión del CAL, realizando trabajos de investigación y construcción de materiales didácticos, para asesorar y brindar información en materia laboral y constitucional y así lograr minimizar los atropellos en sus derechos, también se busca ayudar a lograr una transformación de su entorno tanto social como laboral a través de la estrategia multiplicación del conocimiento, toda vez que al conocer sus derechos estos los divulgan para que la información logre llegar a más trabajadores que lo necesiten. Esta práctica se desarrolló en un periodo de 16 semanas desde el 28 de octubre del 2020 hasta el 28 de febrero del año 2021.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe content of this work aims to show the results of the social legal practice that was carried out in the Labor Attention Center, which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the legal support of workers and unions of the oil palm agroindustry in the region of Magdalena medio. The practice had as objectives to accompany and advise workers of this region who sought legal help for feeling that their labor rights were being violated, and same perform actions legal and constitutional as the guardianship, in order to stop these violations, also came forward processes as support in the management of the LIME, conducting research and construction of teaching materials, to advise, and provide information on labour and constitutional, and thus aim to minimize the violations of their rights, it also seeks to help achieve a transformation of their social and work environment through the multiplication of knowledge strategy, since when they know their rights they disseminate them so that information can reach more workers who need it. This practice took place over a period of 16 weeks from October 28, 2020 to February 28, 2021.
