| dc.description.abstract | En el presente proyecto se elabora una aplicación web para la Corporación Bucaramanga Emprendedora, soportada en un sistema de gestión de aprendizaje o Learning Management System. La aplicación se desarrolla en forma de curso virtual y esta dirigida al fomento del espíritu emprendedor y la cultura emprendedora. En la primera fase se realiza un análisis sobre el comportamiento del desempleo y el subempleo a nivel local y nacional. Se plantea contribuir con la disminución de estos índices a partir de la transmisión y la generación del conocimiento, a través herramientas especializadas como las tecnologías de información y comunicación. Se analiza el desarrollo de ellas y su la aplicación en diferentes áreas como el entretenimiento, el trabajo y la educación. Una vez documentado lo anterior se procede a identificar la información relevante para el público objetivo de la aplicación. Se plantea una prueba de usabilidad para conocer el grado de facilidad de uso de la herramienta y posteriormente se diseña y elabora la aplicación. Tambien se documenta el proceso de apoyo que contiene la administración y la gestión de la aplicación para el sistema de gestión de la calidad de la CBE y finalmente se estructura un plan de negocio para la creación de una empresa productora de estas aplicaciones web. | |

The application is developed in form of virtual course and this directed tothe promotion of the enterprising spirit and the enterprising culture.
