dc.description.abstractEl presente documento corresponde al informe final de trabajo de grado para optar por el título de Magíster en Didáctica de la Lengua y tuvo como propósito fortalecer competencias profesionales en estudiantes de Práctica Pedagógica Investigativa y licenciadas, recién egresadas, del programa de Licenciatura en Literatura y Lengua Castellana de la Universidad Industrial de Santander en Bucaramanga, a través de la escritura de artículos académicos. En concreto, este proyecto se originó de la pregunta: ¿Cómo mediar la escritura de artículos académicos para fortalecer competencias profesionales de estudiantes de práctica pedagógica y licenciadas en Literatura y Lengua Castellana? A partir del entorno descrito, se implementó la tutoría articulada con la didáctica no parametral en función de las necesidades de aprendizaje que emergen en el proceso de escritura académica. Cabe mencionar que esta propuesta didáctica tuvo como método la investigación-acción, puesto que le permitió al docente-investigador identificar las dificultades y mediar efectivamente, sin perder de vista al estudiante como eje central de su proceso formativo. Como resultados de aprendizaje, se abordó la relevancia de la escritura académica en relación con la formación profesional y su influencia en la transformación del pensamiento. La investigación permitió concluir que la escritura de artículos académicos promovió el desarrollo integral del sujeto, desde sus conocimientos, prácticas, actitudes, intereses y motivaciones; además de contribuir en la construcción colectiva del conocimiento.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document is the final report of the degree project required to obtain a Master's degree in Language Didactics. It aimed to strengthen the professional competencies of students in Investigative Pedagogical Practice and recent graduates from the Bachelor's degree program in Literature and Spanish Language at the Universidad Industrial de Santander in Bucaramanga, through the writing of academic articles. Specifically, this project originated from the question: How can the writing of academic articles be mediated to strengthen the professional competencies of students in pedagogical practice and recent graduates in Literature and Spanish Language? In the context described, tutoring was implemented, integrated with non-parametric didactics, according to the learning needs that emerged during the academic writing process. It is important to mention that this didactic proposal followed the action-research method, as it allowed the teacher-researcher to identify difficulties and mediate effectively, without losing sight of the student as the central focus of their educational process. As a result of the learning outcomes, the relevance of academic writing was addressed in relation to professional development and its influence on the transformation of thought. The research concluded that writing academic articles promoted the comprehensive development of the individual, including their knowledge, practices, attitudes, interests, and motivations, as well as contributing to the collective construction of knowledge.
